This woman is not a mother.
Kayla Morgan, 23, was high on drugs and running from police officers on Highway 315 and Highway 40 in Marion County, Florida on Monday night. She was holding her six week old son as she was fleeing the police.
Witnesses called the Sheriff’s office believed the woman was on drugs because she kept barking at people.
Florida law enforcement released a video showing a woman dropping her infant son on his head while she ran into traffic on Monday.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene of Highway 315 and Highway 40, where they found 23-year-old Kayla Morgan.
Shocking footage was captured on a deputy’s body cam.

The baby has suffered a fractured skull as a result of being dropped on his head.
Morgan was tased twice and when they asked her what her name was, she said it was, ‘B*tch’. She also claims that a monster was trying to suck her blood and that she had been taking Molly, an ecstacy-like drug, for three days.
Morgan has been charged with aggravated child abuse and resisting an officer without violence.
The Florida Department of Children and Families is investigating the case.
