Teen Wanted To Focus On Being Olympian Versus Dating Her Boyfriend – What He Did To Her Is DEMONIC

This young lady had dreams and was working to achieve them — and then she met this guy.

Sixteen-year-old Safia Askarova was a successful Russian swimmer. The butterfly swimmer had been the runner-up in the 2017 all-Russian youth championships with a great future in front of her.

Askarova was dating another competitive swimmer, Nikita Malygin, a not-quite-as-successful elite swimmer. When she decided to focus on her Olympic dreams and ended their relationship, her boyfriend stabbed her 30 times in the neck, chest, and abdomen.

She told her parents she was going to the shop but instead met Malygin, like Safia an Olympic sports school student.

A source said: ‘Later her relatives got worried she didn’t return and her mobile but it was blocked.’

At 10pm on 23 December her dead body was found. A knife was found at the scene, an abandoned building site.

Malygin was detained ‘soon’ after her death, according to sources.

A law enforcement source said at least 30 stab wounds to the neck and body were found on the corpse.

‘The suspect confessed during the preliminary interrogation,’ said official Elena Shkayeva.

A friend of the couple said that Malygin was jealous because Askarova had been getting close to some other guy, but another source said that she ended the relationship in order to focus on her swimming career.

Malygin said, ‘I lost control. I took out my knife. I can hardly remember where exactly I stabbed her. I remember the stab after which she fell down…’ She tried to run away, but I kept stabbing her. I dropped the knife somewhere near. At first, I didn’t realize what I had done. I realized only on the way home.‘

Utterly horrific.

A sixteen-year-old elite swimmer is dead because the guy she was dating couldn’t handle her breaking up with him.

What an unbelievable tragedy.
