Some people just can’t stop being racist, apparently. Heck, this seems to be a pattern with her…
Minnesota Congresswoman, Ilhan Omar(D-MN), has been criticized for anti-Semitism in the past. There was a giant red flag when a tweet from 2012 was revealed as she was seeking office.
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) November 16, 2012
But, the identity politics crowd is sooooo much more tolerant and can look past a little anti-Semitism in order to stand behind a hijab-wearing Muslim woman running in Minnesota. Rep. Omar supports the BDS movement, which punishes the lone, diverse democracy in the Middle East.
She seems to have not learned a darned thing, though. It’s like she can’t stop being anti-Semitic. In mid-2018, she spoke about Israel being an ‘apartheid regime’.
Drawing attention to the apartheid Israeli regime is far from hating Jews. You are a hateful sad man, I pray to Allah you get the help you need and find happiness. https://t.co/SvEXjlxlEN

This chick is coo-coo for Coco Puffs.
GOP Leader, Kevin McCarthy, said that the anti-Semitic criticism of Israel could result in Rep. Omar and her CAIR-funded buddy, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, being punished for their reckless and hateful statements.
The latest example of anti-Semitism from Omar was after leftist (and well-known anti-Semite) Glenn Greenwald posted about McCarthy’s threat of punishment.
GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy threatens punishment for @IlhanMN and @RashidaTlaib over their criticisms of Israel. It's stunning how much time US political leaders spend defending a foreign nation even if it means attacking free speech rights of Americans https://t.co/It1fGm1b70
— Glenn Greenwald (@ggreenwald) February 10, 2019
To which, Rep. Omar implied that it was because the Republicans are bought off by the Jews in a tweet.
It's all about the Benjamins baby ???? https://t.co/KatcXJnZLV
— Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) February 10, 2019
She was then asked by Forward Magazine editor, Batya Ungar-Sargon who Omar thought was paying American politicians to be pro-Israel. Rep. Omar answered and dug the hole deeper.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) doesn’t contribute money directly to politicians, but members of their group are free to donate, you know, just like members of any other organization in America. For example, CAIR members can support candidates that they like. *cough* Rashida Tlaib *cough*
The damage from her brief tweets about ‘The Jews’ buying loyalty from Republican politicians was done. Omar was lambasted by both sides of the aisle.
Former New York State Assemblyman Dov Hikind, a Democrat, was quick to call her out on her anti-Semitism.
Defending Israel from antisemites is “all about the Benjamins”? Really? It’s about money?
Another antisemitic trope for @Ilhan Omar? She’s like an antisemitic pinball machine that spits out old canards as the ball bounces around her brain.
She’s the gift that keeps on giving! https://t.co/w5HWhLqyWd

He followed it up with a call to some of the big names in the DNC.
The time has come to demand Dem leaders speak out against @ilhanmn for her vile antisemitism. This isn’t going away. Where is @nancypelosi @SenSchumer @RepJerryNadler @RepEliotEngel @RepAdamSchiff @DWStweets and DNC leadership? Have they lost their ears, eyes, or damned minds? pic.twitter.com/mRhtDMJSJC
— Dov Hikind (@HikindDov) February 11, 2019
Oddly, no one from the leadership in the DNC responded to him. One freshman Congressman, Max Rose, who is Jewish did comment, however.
Congresswoman Omar’s statements are deeply hurtful to Jews, including myself. pic.twitter.com/u3f2JHESFA
— Max Rose (@MaxRose4NY) February 11, 2019
And so did… Chelsea Clinton.
Co-signed as an American. We should expect all elected officials, regardless of party, and all public figures to not traffic in anti-Semitism.
— Chelsea Clinton (@ChelseaClinton) February 11, 2019
Kudos on that move, Chelsea.
The aforementioned Kevin McCarthy also condemned her tweets.
Anti-Semitic tropes have no place in the halls of Congress. It is dangerous for Democrat leadership to stay silent on this reckless language.
— Kevin McCarthy (@GOPLeader) February 11, 2019
As did Nikki Haley. As someone who faced rabid anti-Semitism daily at the United Nations, she knows what she’s talking about.
To see this at the UN was a fight every day. This CANNOT be tolerated in our own Congress by anyone of either party. In a time of increased anti semitism, we all must be held to account. No excuses. ❤️???????? #NoSpaceForHate#NoToleranceForAntiSemitism #WhatIsHappeningWithPeople https://t.co/zUaNjp3hHo
— Nikki Haley (@NikkiHaley) February 11, 2019
Republican Congressman Lee Zeldin of New York called it ‘sick & twisted’:
So sick & twisted. This continued anti-Semitic trope from Omar is grossly wrong. There should be NO home in US politics, college campuses, or halls of Congress for ANY of this garbage. Now she tweets that if Members of Congress support Israel then they were bought off by Jews.???? https://t.co/jJMplUNCqd
— Lee Zeldin (@RepLeeZeldin) February 11, 2019
Sen. Ted Cruz’s national security advisor, Omri Ceren, noted that there is a distinct difference in the way Republicans and Democrats are treated in the Media(D):
I eagerly anticipate every elected Democrat in the country down to city dog catcher being asked about this in the morning, alongside endless articles & segments about the mainstreaming of anti-Semitism in the Democrat Party, which is what would happen if she was a Republican. https://t.co/cquzoMGPs4
— Omri Ceren (@omriceren) February 11, 2019
The Republican Jewish Congress summed up the entire situation perfectly:
Anti-Semitism, this is it ????????????
— RJC (@RJC) February 11, 2019
Even a contributor to the New York Times and MSNBC called it anti-Semitism:
Want to know what anti-Semitism looks like? This, here: https://t.co/FeLjUIi8gR
— Bret Stephens (@BretStephensNYT) February 11, 2019
But then the fit hit the shan when she retweeted a tweet that called Jewish people hook-nosed.
— Daniella Greenbaum Davis (@DGreenbaum) February 11, 2019
Obviously, she didn’t read the tweet all the way to the end… or maybe she did.
She’s since deleted the retweet, but wow, does that show a startling lack of judgment, or what?
What do you think, should Rep. Omar step aside and let the voters take a second crack at not electing an anti-Semite?
If you think that letting the voters decide on her fate is a good idea, the good news is that you can sign a Change.org petition to have her removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Rules For Radical Christians is not a survival devotional designed to help the young Christian adult limp through life. Rather, it is a road-tested, dominion blueprint that will equip the young adult with leadership skills and sufficient motivation to rise to a place of influence in an overtly non-Christian culture. Rules For Radical Christians gives the reader the keys to become strategically equipped to move into an anti-theistic environment and effectively influence it for the glory of God.
