Millennial Christians Pooh-Pooh Evangelism So We Put Them On FULL BLAST

They’ve highlighted their Bible in Sharpie, replacing the Great Commission with the Great Omission.

The same crowd who’s favorite Bible verse (to rip out of context) is “judge not” have got themselves a bass-ackward understanding about the morality of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.

According to the latest survey numbers, society has gone way past “I know we’re supposed to, but please don’t ask me to share my faith” stage so far as Millenials are concerned.

They’ve ‘evolved’ in that position to being positively hostile to it. They have come to believe that sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to someone who doesn’t already trust in Him is fundamentally wrong.

Doug and Rich roast THAT sacred cow on the BBQ in this week’s show:

If you think the Good News is that you don’t have to ‘put yourself out there’, you’re completely missing the boat.

Christian ‘believers’ are a dime a dozen, but we’re called to be more than that… we’re called to be Disciples. And what does a disciple do? He Knows God and Makes Him Known.

And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.

Millennials have themselves some big dreams about changing the world. What’s the biggest way to do that? The best way to change the world is to change the hearts of men.

Jesus’ last command must be our First Priority. That command:

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” — Matthew 28:18-20

Rules For Radical Christians is not a survival devotional designed to help the young Christian adult limp through life. Rather, it is a road-tested, dominion blueprint that will equip the young adult with leadership skills and sufficient motivation to rise to a place of influence in an overtly non-Christian culture. Rules For Radical Christians gives the reader the keys to become strategically equipped to move into an anti-theistic environment and effectively influence it for the glory of God.
