The party of Sarsour and Farrakhan has a problem with anti-semitism?
In response to yet another of Ilhan Omar’s public denunciations of Israel — which tend to be much less subtle than her Palestinian counterpart’s wiping Israel from a literal map in her office — the Democrats hit full damage control mode — and yet somehow manage never to speak the name of the woman whose racist remarks they’re addressing. Could it have anything to do with the (D) after her name?
The Resolution

The Slur
Let’s hear the answer to that question from another Democrat:
Rep. Eliot Engel, the Jewish chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, called on fellow Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar to apologize for her “vile anti-Semitic slur.”
Engel’s statement released on Friday evening came more than a day after Omar, of Minnesota, accused pro-Israel activists and lawmakers of “allegiance to a foreign country.” Dual loyalties is a common anti-Semitic trope.
“I welcome debate in Congress based on the merits of policy, but it’s unacceptable and deeply offensive to call into question the loyalty of fellow American citizens because of their political views, including support for the U.S.-Israel relationship. We all take the same oath. Worse, Representative Omar’s comments leveled that charge by invoking a vile anti-Semitic slur,” Engel said in a statement released by his office.

With such an obvious display of racism, is Alexandria with that oversized mouth of hers jumping in to denounce her racism?
Nope, she’s playing political games to run interference in protecting her. If there were an R after AOC’s name, this would be given as ‘proof positive’ that she defends racism and is at least ‘racist-adjacent’.
But she’s a Democrat, and a Media(D) darling, so don’t hold your breath.
AOC Jumps to Omar’s Defense
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took to Twitter on Monday night to once again defend Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar over the comments she keeps making about Israel — which have been deemed anti-Semitic by many, including fellow Democrats.
Responding to a tweet from California Rep. Juan Vargas, who blasted Omar earlier in the day, the New York lawmaker said: “I‘m curious if Rep. Vargas will further explain his stance here that it’s unacceptable to even *question* US foreign policy.”
“Plenty of Dem members have asserted that discussion + debate on this issue is fair and merited,” Ocasio-Cortez added. “Is this stance a departure from that?”

When Steve King, Republican, made statements in an interview that (he claimed) was deceptively edited and had asked leading questions to trap him into saying something offensive, even HE voted affirmative on a resolution condemning himself.
So Democrats can take their ‘But you guys’ line and shove it somewhere dark and uncomfortable — sideways. The Right deals with issues of unprofessional conduct when they come up. The fact that he’s off every committee proves it.
…To The Democrats’ Own Sad Record
But the other side has a couple of anti-Semites, and a Black Congressional Congress that deliberately suppressed a photo of SENATOR Barack Obama and their other members posing with Louis Farrakhan until AFTER it could no longer harm their Chosen One politically. Once BH Obama was out of office, it magically resurfaced.
You know, Farrakhan. He was right there in the front row of Aretha Franklin’s funeral beside Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Bill Clinton.
The guy who wanted a race war with 10,000 men to rise up and kill white guys, joined in a chant of ‘Death to Israel, Death to America’ while visiting Iran, said he wasn’t ‘anti-Semite’ but ‘anti-termite’ (a ‘charming’ derogatory term also used by the Third Reich), the guy who hugged Mad Maxine Waters and the guy who was uncomfortably close to the Women’s March.
The Left’s coziness with racism isn’t new. Without even going to their shockingly recent KKK past, we can point to sitting members of Congress. In Time Magazine, 2016, Rabbi David Wolpe denounced Hank ‘Will Guam Capsize’ Johnson for calling Jewish settlers ‘Termites’, explaining the Nazi connotations.
On Monday a Democratic U.S. congressman said that Jewish settlers in Israel were “like termites.” Now, you might be tempted to not take Rep. Hank Johnson from Georgia seriously if I explain that this is the same congressman who expressed a fear in 2010 that the island of Guam might capsize if it were overpopulated. But he is on the House Armed Services committee. And a penchant for foolish statements does not excuse an anti-Semitic smear.
Apparently, he apologized. Or did he? This was his tweet: “@ADL_National Poor choice of words – apologies for offense. Point is settlement activity continues slowly undermine 2-state solution.” The Anti-Defamation League tweeted back that they “appreciate” his clarification. That would have been far more convincing had the congressman apologized, but he did not. To apologize for “offense” is to say you are sorry that someone else feels the way they do. That is not an apology. “I am sorry I said something stupid and anti-Semitic”—that would have been a fitting apology. Source: Time
Face it Occasional-Cortex, you’re a friend of racists, and neck-deep in a party whose very lifeblood consists of grievance and racial animus. Every time you try to sling mud at the other guys, you draw more attention to just how big a fraud you really are.
