‘Believe all women,’ they said. Really? This one has been proven to be a liar.
In total, she accused 15 complete strangers of rape.
This chick must be one helluva liar because people actually believed her. I don’t mean because of her looks, either. Rape isn’t an indication of a woman’s attractiveness, it’s a horrific crime that is utterly vile and seems to be based on exerting power over and humiliating the other party. The fact that she kept filing reports and that they were continually investigated is shocking — at what point does someone clue in that she might be crying wolf?
Her first claim filed was on 26 November 2010 against Mahad Cassim, 23. She claimed that he had raped her the night before after offering her a ride home. It was later determined that Beale told Cassim ‘get your pants down’ as she got out of the car. Beale had even duped her girlfriend at the time, Anuska Pritchard, into giving evidence on her behalf at the trial in 2012. Beale had said that she was a lesbian and had ‘no interest in men’. Cassim was jailed for seven years after being found guilty of rape, but Beale was awarded £11,000 [I know, I know! Insert fat joke here] in criminal compensation. A few weeks later, Beale gleefully admitted to Pritchard that she had made up the rape claims for the money.
Her claim that she’d been raped by Mahad Cassim led to the then 23-year-old spending two years and nine months behind bars.
Beale was later awarded £11,000 in criminal injuries compensation while Mr Cassim languished behind bars.
After her ‘victory’ in the Cassim rape hoax, Beale filed another claim in July 2012. This time, she said that she was groped by a complete stranger, Noam Shahzad, at The Windsor Castle pub, in Hounslow. She then claimed that Shahzad and several other men brutally gang-raped her later that night.
The Sun also notes, ‘CCTV later showed that Beale had attacked him in the pub before walking home alone.’ In addition, according to forensic tests, Beale had cut herself with a hanging flower basket to make it appear that she had been sexually assaulted with barbed wire.
Now, Beale’s days of filing false police reports are over, and she’s about to face a decade behind bars for her crimes.
Today this appeal was rejected, as Beale was described as a “serial liar” who “fabricated accounts mostly of a sexual nature” in a bid to make her girlfriend jealous.
Defence lawyer Lawrence Henderson said during the 2017 trial that the offences began as a “drunken” attempt to get her partner’s sympathy “or perhaps to arouse her jealousy”.
Lady Justice Hallett told the Old Bailey: “This case went far further then myths and stereotypes about a complainant’s behaviour. The appellant was accused of being a serial liar who fabricated accounts mostly of a sexual nature.”
The reporting of hoax attacks is despicable in several ways:
- It diminishes the actual victims of the crime that the hoaxer is fabricating, and when/if a victim comes forward, it will be more difficult for the police and the public to believe them.
- It victimizes those that are accused. Cassim spent years in jail for a crime that he didn’t commit, and Shahzad fled the country.
- Police resources are wasted investigating the fever dreams of a sociopath instead of actual crimes. In this case, it was a woman willing to destroy lives for a quick payout. Remember, this is in the U.K. where actual child-rape gangs were running rampant.
- Taxpayers are on the hook for the whole deal — the investigation, the trail, the jailing of the accused, the accused’s (more than likely) lawsuit against the legal system for a false conviction, and the compensation that will inevitably follow.
Police spent 6,400 hours investigating a series of rape claims she made at a cost to the taxpayer of £250,000, with the trial costing a further £110,000.
“The system of justice has suffered considerable harm – considerable resources have been spent investigating and prosecuting crimes which never happened,” Justice Hallett said.
“There has been no indication of remorse on the appellant’s part.”

This woman is utterly disgusting and let’s just hope she spends every second of her 10 years in jail. After all, she was fine with letting over a dozen men head to the clink for fake sexual crimes.
