Michael Jackson’s ‘Neverland Ranch’ Could Be DEMOLISHED – Here’s The 411

The Leaving Neverland documentary which told tales of alleged sexual assault committed by the King of Pop centered around his fairytale-themed home.

It’s been ten years since he died, and Michael Jackson is still making headlines — and not for any of the right reasons.

Neverland Ranch has been sitting empty as Michael Jackson’s estate has been struggling to offload the property despite slashing the price dramatically.

The King Of Pop’s estate is struggling to sell the sprawling 2,700-acre California property after slashing the price from $100million (£75m) in 2015 to $31m (£23m) today.

In the recent documentary that aired on HBO, which centered around two men Wade Robson, 36, and 41-year-old James Safechuck, who claim that they were repeatedly raped by Jackson when they were children and lasted for years. Both men detail sexual acts that occurred in the house and on the grounds of Neverland. Safechuck claimed that Jackson had created special rooms in which the sexual abuse took place and had a system of bells and alarms installed to alert the star of anyone approaching.

One property expert says that it’s likely that whoever the new owners of the property will be would likely demolish the mansion because of the ‘dark cloud’ hanging over Neverland.

Ruban Selvanayagam, co-founder of housebuyers Property Solvers, told the Daily Star Online that the owners will likely decide to cut their losses and raze the mansion.

He said: “I suspect most of it will be demolished as I doubt many developers would want to maintain Michael Jackson’s legacy after these shocking allegations.

“Perhaps someone may think that Neverland could be rebranded somehow, but this would be doomed to failure in my view.”

He added that even if it is sold, the estate will “undoubtedly lose out” because the “dark cloud surrounding Michael Jackson will be factored into the purchase price.”

60 Minutes interviewed Michael’s maid, Adrian McManus, who reveals more sordid details about Neverland:

Horrific.

It’s unthinkable that any normal person would ever want to live in that mansion again with all of the allegations that have been made against Michael Jackson in the Leaving Neverland documentary.
