‘Tactile’ has to do with the sense of touch. That takes the conversation in a whole other direction.
The fact that she also misunderstood the whole idea of a deterrent shows how she’s in over her head.
Admittedly, that’s familiar territory for a Democrat discussing military policy.
Some people crash and burn. Not Gillibrand, she went nuclear.
‘Leadership’ like this is why Republicans are so optimistic about Trump seeing a second term… with an even stronger mandate than the first one.
