Traffic jams due to rubberneckers have always been a problem, but now that we all carry phones in our pocket, it’s that much worse.
One cop in Germany had the perfect solution.
When drivers were pulling out their phones to snap a pic of a fatal traffic accident, the cop was pulling drivers out of their cars so they could come get a REALLY close look at the driver.
He was embarrassing the motorists by humanizing the victims. And then he slapped the fine on them.
It’s Win-Win.

Maybe a few cops on our side of the Atlantic should borrow this ‘shaming’ tactic.
