The Media(D) has told us that white supremacy is on the rise in America. How many racists do you think showed up in their white hoods?
Before we answer that, here’s what you need to know…
The Media(D) ran news stories of the preparations in Dayton, Ohio for the Ku Klux Klan rally that could be a “powder keg.”
A permit was issued for the rally earlier this year and confined to the Courthouse Square in downtown Dayton.
The city spent an estimated $650,000 on security for the event, which included $250,000 for personnel and another $400,000 on materials including a fence to separate the KKK-affiliated group and counter-protesters.
Mayor Whaley told Fox45, “This hate group that is coming in from outside our community wants to incite problems in our community and we want to stop that from happening. We really don’t want people to go downtown, because that’s what this hate group wants and we don’t want to give this hate group what they want.”
It was all over social media that the KKK rally was being protested by local businesses:

When applying for the permit, it was estimated that 20 members of the Honorable Sacred Knights of Indiana, a KKK-affiliated group, would be in attendance.
When all was said and done, only 9 white supremacists showed up.
There were, however, hundreds of counter-protesters.

After the rally and counter-protest on Saturday, Mayor Whaley posted on Twitter that now that the “ugly chapter” was over, it’s time to move on and focus on eliminating racism because Dayton was “too segregated, too unequal.”

Did she not see that the city got together and protested the handful of racists?!
The Media(D)’s eager reporting on the rise of “far-right” extremists and the allegedly growing problem of white supremacy that has been emboldened under President Trump is what got everyone into a frenzy. And the truth… well, 9 idiot racists showed up out of a possible 20 idiot racists.
Now, I’m no math whiz, but it seems to me that 9 is fewer than 20, and that would mean that the problem is shrinking not growing.
Then again, I’m a non-white, conservative woman, so perhaps I just don’t understand how leftists calculate the rise in white supremacy. I’m sure if you asked a leftist, they’d tell you that I’m not sufficiently “woke” enough to understand the way that they think. If being “woke” means dismissing facts, I’ll pass, thanks.
