There’s ‘Black book value’ and then there’s real life. Here’s why that’s good news for you and me.
It really doesn’t matter what the sticker price on something says it’s worth if nobody’s willing to drop their drachmas, swipe their card, or melt their plastic to take it out the door.
Something is worth what the buyer is willing to pay for it, nothing more and nothing less.
And in the Christian context, a real understanding of that one ‘little’ detail will smash all kinds of twisted thinking.
It lifts up those who undervalue their own worth, and it completely humbles those who think ‘that person’ or ‘that group’ aren’t quite as good as the rest of us.
“You are not your own, you were bought with a price” suddenly takes on a whole other meaning.
It’s two minutes of pure encouragement!

Rules For Radical Christians is not a survival devotional designed to help the young Christian adult limp through life. Rather, it is a road-tested, dominion blueprint that will equip the young adult with leadership skills and sufficient motivation to rise to a place of influence in an overtly non-Christian culture. Rules For Radical Christians gives the reader the keys to become strategically equipped to move into an anti-theistic environment and effectively influence it for the glory of God.
