You could certainly say this guy knows Kamala better than most… and it sure doesn’t look like she has his — uh — support.
In fact, after the debates, he doesn’t think very much of anyone who’s yet taken the field to represent the Democrats.
Willie Brown, former mayor of San Francisco wrote an op-ed critical of his former paramour:
The first Democratic debates proved one thing: We still don’t have a candidate who can beat Donald Trump.
California Sen. Kamala Harris got all the attention for playing prosecutor in chief, but her case against former Vice President Joe Biden boiled down in some ways to a ringing call for forced school busing. It won’t be too hard for Trump to knock that one out of the park in 2020.
The old #HeelsUpHarris strategy might work to get a nice set of wheels and a political appointment, but it sure won’t win anyone a Primary race.
Even Madonna isn’t THAT ambitious.
Brown went down the list of the ‘big’ names in the party, telling us why he thought they were underwhelming.
Did we happen to mention he’s a DEMOCRAT?
He’s not finished. Here’s his closing comment — something of an uppercut landing square on the jaw of his own party:
Trump must have enjoyed every moment and every answer, because he now knows he’s looking at a bunch of potential rivals who are still not ready for prime time.
Would he consider them — to borrow from Obama’s lingo — a Jayvee team?
