At what point do the Dems decide she’s become too great a liability to protect?

Her dishonesty and evasive reactions to the press are getting more and more obvious.
When she was asked about reports of marriage fraud, she deflected, supposing she answered at all.
When asked to denounce FGM or ISIS, she scolded those who asked the question, claiming it was because she’s Muslim. It couldn’t POSSIBLY be because there’s a problem with such things in her own community, right; or because she was one of only four people (all Democrats) to vote AGAINST a law increasing the severity of punishment for FGM. Of course not.
But since people have been scrutinizing her marriage history — including claims of immigration fraud, tax fraud and marriage to her own brother — the media have been digging.

Leftist congresswoman Ilhan Omar and her husband – the father of her three children – have split and are heading for their second divorce, DailyMail.com has learned exclusively.
The bust-up comes just as critics are demanding answers as to whether she married her own brother in a successful bid to get him into the United States.
Omar has now dumped her current husband Ahmed Hirsi – who she first married in a religious ceremony in 2002 and divorced in 2008 – and moved into a penthouse apartment in one of Minneapolis’s trendiest neighborhoods, DailyMail.com has learned exclusively.
But Hirsi, is also spending time at the apartment, which is in the Mill District sector of Minnesota’s largest city, when she is out of town.

Even the legitimacy of familial relations to the family she first came to America with has been placed in doubt.
Republican Minnesota State Representative Steve Drazkowski and the right-wing group Judicial Watch have both called for the investigation.
Drazkowski told DailyMail.com that Omar may be ‘the most crooked politician in Minnesota history.
‘She seems to have a deep and pervasive disdain for the law which is ironic given the fact that she is a United States lawmaker,’ he added. ‘Marrying your brother is a violation of the law in Minnesota.
‘Ilhan Omar has already established a lengthy and extraordinary record of legal convictions and fines,’ he said, referring to a $500 fine she was levied for campaign finance violations on top of $3,500 in donations that she had to repay. ‘This is a record upon which a House Ethics Committee should begin its investigation.
‘But first she needs to come forward and tell us the truth. She won’t even identify her own siblings at this stage.’

Is it unfair to question whether she’s corrupt? Is it ‘racist’? Or is there good cause to ask that question — even beyond the basic questions of marriage and immigration fraud?
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) became the first Somali-American legislator in United States’ history when Minnesota’s House District 60B elected her on November 8, 2016. The distinction won Omar immediate fame and influence in Somalia, which was entering the final stretch of a critical presidential election of its own.
According to prominent federal security clearance defense attorney Sean Bigley (read below), Omar’s documented actions in the weeks that followed would almost certainly prevent any applicant with such a background from obtaining or keeping a U.S. security clearance.
Ilhan Omar is now a U.S. congresswoman, however. Elected federal officials are exempted from the arduous security clearance process; they hold de facto clearances once sworn in to office. Further, Omar will likely be privy to a significant amount of classified national security information this term. Speaker Nancy Pelosi has granted Omar’s request for a seat on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

The common hyperbole for describing government corruption — “rampant,” or “endemic” — does not help adequately illustrate Somalia’s recent administrations. “As bad as it gets” does the job, literally: Transparency International, the massive NGO dedicated to exposing public-sector corruption, has placed Somalia dead-last among all nations on Earth in its annual “Corruption Perceptions Index” — for 11 consecutive years. Somalia has occasionally managed to tie, though never outrank, North Korea.

It would be nice if the media was interested in getting some real answers, even when they might embarrass a Democrat, wouldn’t it?
So to recap — the Mueller (or should we say, Weisman) investigation spent tens of millions of dollars, had more than a million subpoenaed documents, more than 500 interviews and couldn’t find evidence of ‘collusion’ with Russia, and the Democrats are going to keep pressing ahead with their impeachment fever-dream.
But Ilhan Omar has put up one red flag after another, and the Democrats not only rewarded her with a committee position, but she has also shot up to prominence in ‘the squad’.
Yikes. Gotta love those Democrat ‘Quadruple Standards’.
