How will they ever be able to recycle endless tax dollars into Democrat campaigns now? Will they just raise those quotas again?
On Monday, the Trump administration’s change to Title X funding went into effect.
Here’s the decision it forced Planned Parenthood to make:
Planned Parenthood told a federal court on Wednesday that it will officially leave the program if the changes, which bars grant recipients from making referrals for abortions, are allowed to move forward.
In early July, the Trump administration announced that its long-delayed changes to the program, called Title X, would take effect immediately. Under the new rules, providers must also financially separate any services that involve abortions from those that don’t. The changes also require clinics to physically separate abortion-related services from any other services clinics may offer, starting next year.
It is already illegal to use federal funds to pay for abortions. Advocates for the rule changes say they ensure that no taxpayer dollars “intermingle,” but opponents say they amount to an unethical “gag rule” on providers’ ability to refer patients for a legal procedure.

Given a choice between offering women’s health in clinics in the absence of abortion services and walking away from tens of millions of ‘free’ taxpayer dollars so that they can continue to provide abortions should raise a few red flags.
One: why did they need taxpayer money in the first place, since they have literally millions to throw around at election time?
Two: If they care so VERY much about all the valuable services like cancer screening and STD screening they are allegedly built around, why would they walk away from that ‘good work’ just to keep providing abortions?
Three: It’s pretty evident the real business model of Planned Parenthood has nothing to do with health care per se, and everything to do with being an abortion assembly line.
That falls right in line with claims made in the recent movie ‘Unplanned’ in which Abby Johnson (who WAS a ‘true believer’ in the official health care mandate of Planned Parenthood) cut all ties after being pressured to increase their output of abortions.

A spokesman from HHS’s Office of Population Affairs (OPA) said this claim demonstrates Planned Parenthood prioritizes abortion referrals over making the changes necessary to receive taxpayer funds for other birth prevention services.
“Like all Title X providers, Planned Parenthood has the option to comply with the 2019 Title X Final Rule, which faithfully implement the statutes, and continue to receive federal funding,” the spokesman said.
…Planned Parenthood has received funding from Title X since the early 1970s, but as Yuval Levin points out, ever since then the group has found a way to skirt laws preventing taxpayer-funded abortions. “Title X is not supposed to make funds available to abortion providers, but Planned Parenthood gets around the legal prohibition by formally separating its abortion clinics and its other family planning services, even when those are located in the same facility and essentially funded jointly,” Levin writes.
Mallory Quigley, the spokeswoman for the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, said Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry have treated Title X as a slush fund for too long: “Planned Parenthood’s refusal to comply with this simple regulation demonstrates yet again just how committed they are to performing abortions – they commit over 300,000 every year.”
