Donald Trump and one other Republican face more death threats than anyone else. But Democrats keep wringing their hands about ‘dangerous’ Conservatives.
Can we all finally and officially call BS on that line now?
Steve Scalise was on a list of people a leftist wanted to murder — explicitly over his politics. But the Media who brings up the death of Heather Heyer at every possible opportunity to smear the political right. Because they WANT us to be guilty. And they want to smear the rest of us with that guilt. (See the NYTimes editorial strategy until 2020.)
But the same media falls strangely silent whenever the Left is implicated in political violence. Antifa is a glaring example of that intentional silence.
The U.S. Secret Service has listed President Donald Trump the No. 1 target of death threats in the United States.
Donald Trump Jr., his son, is No. 2 on the list, according to a new book from Trump Jr.
In his book, “Triggered,” Trump Jr. lists family members, friends, and prominent conservatives who have become the target of leftist critics and attackers.
“Anyone who supports my father is a target,” he wrote in the book.
Other names he listed include Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and his aide Sergio Gor, Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle, brother Eric Trump, sister Ivanka Trump, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, former White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), and Vice President Mike Pence.

But the Squad, which doesn’t receive anything CLOSE to the same number of threats, doesn’t mind playing the injured bird routine for political advantage.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez complained Thursday that it was unfair for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to single her and three other female freshman Democratic lawmakers out for criticism — and warned that the repercussions could be dangerous.
“It’s singling out four individuals, and knowing the media environment that we’re operating in, knowing the amount of death threats that we get, knowing the amount of concentration of attention, I think it’s just worth asking why,” she told CNN.
Translation: if you don’t stop your criticism of AOC, your words are the same thing as violence against ‘The Squad’.
But her ceaseless and defamatory rhetoric against ICE, comparing them to the Nazi death camps? That has no bearing at all on the various threats and acts of violence perpetrated against persons and buildings associated with ICE. Bullets fired into windows. Doxxing incidents. An attempted firebombing of a detention center.
But really, pay no attention to this leftist violence.
Donald Trump Jr pulls no punches in his new book, Triggered: How The Left Thrives On Hate And Wants To Silence Us, has something to say about what he sees going on right now:
Trump said he was surprised that he became so hated for giving his trademark speeches to promote his father.
“These people are so irrational, hysterical, upset, and out looking for enemies. I should know,” he wrote. “I became one of their top targets.”
And, he added, “After the election, I became the guy who receives the second highest number of death threats in the country (according to the Secret Service, second only to my father).”
In addition to ripping anti-Trump hate, he also criticizes those pushing to silence conservatives on college campuses, the “war against Christians,” the “morons” in Congress, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s “swampy” politics, and the push to approve transgendered men competing against women in sports.
Democrats in Congress, he wrote, “had only one reason to exist, and that was to try and make my father and me cower in a corner, curl up in a ball, and die.”
He also takes on the media. “In my lifetime, the press has gone from Walter Cronkite, ‘the most trusted man in America,’ to Jim Acosta and Fake News. It’s a shame.”
