Hannity’s show gets spicy when Dan Bongino calls Geraldo out when Wuhan Coronavirus discussion turns to the tired old ‘xenophobia’ talking points…
China’s Communist Party leaders do NOT want to wear responsibility for the Kung Flu. It’s bad for their brand. So, like Communist parties before them, they’re looking for a scapegoat. (Anyone who’s watched the Chernobyl miniseries will see a familiar theme here.)
If it’s not a massive failure and coverup on China’s part, who should they blame?
Isn’t it obvious? They blame the West of course! They have the same political instincts as the Democrats and the Western Media.
They are now driving a conspiracy theory that Uncle Sam somehow unleashed the disease in Wuhan province. This is coming at the same time that it has mysteriously become ‘racist’ to identify General Tso’s Sicken by any regional names.
China is falsely accusing the United States of being responsible for the coronavirus pandemic, in an effort to ignite hatred against the U.S. and deflect blame from Chinese leaders.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lijian Zhao, who also serves as deputy director-general of the ministry’s Information Department, effectively claimed Thursday that the U.S. is waging germ warfare against his country.
“When did patient zero begin in US?” Zhao tweeted. “How many people are infected? What are the names of the hospitals? It might be U.S. army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan,” the Chinese city where the coronavirus outbreak began.
…Hua’s tweet falsely stated: “@CDCDirector Dr. Robert Redfield: Some cases that were previously diagnosed as Flu in the US were actually #COVID19. It is absolutely WRONG and INAPPROPRIATE to call this the Chinese coronavirus. — FoxNews
On Thursday night, Dan Bongino and Geraldo Rivera were guests on Hannity’s show, discussing the Coronovirus response and Trump’s Oval Office address.
Geraldo invoked the long-discredited ‘Muslim ban’ and Trump’s speechwriter, Stephen Miller, who he an ‘immigration hardliner’ to drop a ‘xenophobia’ drive-by smear on Miller.
That was a mistake.

Bongino called him out for echoing Chinese Government talking points.
Geraldo lost his cool, called him a ‘cheap shot artist’ and (when Bongino called him a Bullshit artist) even dared to say ‘you’re lucky you’re not in front of me’.
Bongino scoffed, ‘Really? I strongly suggest you rethink that approach’. (Bongino is something like 6’1″ and 230lbs, and has been doing martial arts for decades.) ‘You are repeating Chinese propaganda and you know it. That Stephen Miller cheap shot is outrageous.’
Dan isn’t letting those ‘Republicans are racist’ talking points stand anymore.
Frankly, neither should we.
