At around 1 am Wednesday Morning, the Democrat obstruction efforts finally came to a close. A deal was reached, and the economic rescue package will finally move ahead.
Details are still pretty scarce at this point, but here’s what Mitch McConnell had to say about it after the deal was struck:

The message, in a nutshell, is ‘help is on the way’.
A vote is expected in the morning.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell confirmed early Wednesday morning that a bipartisan deal for a nearly $2 trillion emergency relief package to address the coronavirus pandemic has been reached.
McConnell said the deal “will get more equipment to the heroes on the front lines” and that “this is a wartime level of investment.” The Majority Leader also added that “this has been a long week for the Senate,” and that they “are going to pass this legislation later today.”
