Couldn’t we all use a little hope right now?
Kirk Nowery of Hope Partners International brings hope and meets the needs of those in parts of the world that are underprivileged–where people don’t have food, running water, or proper healthcare.
The Hope Centers in Costa Rica and India, partnerships in Venezuela and Africa are all still dealing with tremendous poverty. These are places where people don’t live paycheck-to-paycheck but meal-to-meal.
Just because there is a global pandemic, that doesn’t mean that the need goes away. In fact, it has made the need greater. Kirk still has hope.
Now, we are all facing the challenge of dealing with COVID-19 in places around the world. In his ministry update, Kirk has added a message of hope for those of us in parts of the world that normally have things pretty good.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”

Pray for:
- Protection for our team as they continue to distribute food and supplies.
- Protection and growth for the children who were under our care and now have had to return to difficult and often dangerous environments.
- God to broaden our reach and impact. Pray that as we go into these villages, the love of Jesus would be experienced, the gospel would be received and lives would be changed.
- That the full lockdown can be lifted and that the Hope Centers in Costa Rica, Venezuela, India, and Kenya can return to full operations.
Hope Partners International could certainly use more help to provide for more people in desperate situations around the world.
