FAKE NEWS: CBS Staged A Long Line At Michigan Coronavirus Testing Facility According To Project Veritas Exposé

Gee, why is there so much distrust in the media?

An insider at a Michigan medical center went to Project Veritas to expose that a fake lineup of cars at a COVID-19 testing site in Grand Rapids because CBS News This Morning was filming it for a story on the lack of testing in the state.

The insider witnessed the whole thing and went to Project Veritas.

“The insider told us that medical personnel were taken away from treating patients and making the line longer for actual patients wait for the COVID-19 test,” he said.

In an interview with the insider, O’Keefe asked the insider: “You’re telling me you’re a hundred percent certain that CBS News, CBS News Corporation–national, staged a fake event. They faked the news. They faked the reality and broadcasted that to all of their audience last Friday on “CBS This Morning.”

The insider said to him: “A hundred percent. Absolutely.”

Nick Ross, a corporate cleaning site supervisor at the Cherry Health facility, said he was there when the CBS News crew arrived and set up the video shoot at the COVID-19 testing site in the parking lot, “Apparently the news crew wanted more people in the line because they knew it was scheduled.”

Maria Hernandez-Vaquez works at Cherry Health and told the insider that it was the Director of Quality and Informatics at the facility, Glenda Walker, that assisted in organizing employees to enter the testing line.

MARIA: I assumed she was looking for volunteers to go out & drive to the tent.

PV: Did she tell you guys like,”Hey, you’re not actually getting tested.”

MARIA: Yeah

PV: Oh, OK

MARIA: She did. She said she wants to make it look busy for the news.

Some of the employees were caught on video expressing their frustration at having to leave their work to sit in a line for the cameras.

“It’s just annoying cause we could have done other stuff,” said one Registered Nurse, “We knew they were coming. We had no clue that we’re going to have to, like, do fake patients.”

“We pretended. There were a couple of real patients, which made it worse,” said another.

On a phone conversation with Project Veritas, Cherry Health President and CEO Tasha Blackmon said, “We and CBS News had nothing to do with that line.”

Project Veritas contacted CBS News and President Susan Zirinsky agreed to review the report and issue a statement.

CBS News did not stage anything at the Cherry Health facility. Any suggestion to the contrary is 100% false. These allegations are alarming. We reached out to Cherry Health to address them immediately. They informed us for the first time that one of their chief officers told at least one staffer to get in the testing line along with real patients. No one from CBS News had any knowledge of this before tonight. They also said that their actions did not prevent any actual patients from being tested. We take the accuracy of our reporting very seriously and we are removing the Cherry Health portion from the piece.

This isn’t the first time that CBS has pushed “fake news” there was the whole video of the “crying nurse” who claimed she quit her job because she wasn’t allowed to wear a mask that they shared on social media without any vetting. Surprise, surprise, it turned out to be B.S.

CBS News used video from a hospital in Italy to show how overwhelmed New York hospitals were due to the coronavirus.

The Media(D) is pushing Pandemic Porn to fearmonger so that people can go to them for information and comfort only to be made more fearful… it’s a vicious circle. They’re dealing out disinformation like a crack dealer offering the first hit free.

called Trump racist and xenophobic for noticing that the Chinese Communist Party unleashed a global pandemic due to equal parts incompetence and pride
blasted Trump for not having enough testing, PPE, ventilators, etc.
said his response to shut down the border to China was too fast
slammed his claim that chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine looked “promising”
reported that his statements about treatment led a woman to feed her husband fish tank cleaner
reported that he thought people should “inject household disinfectants” like bleach and/or Lysol
mocked his musings on UV light therapy
said that the response to the pandemic was too slow
spread Chinese propaganda stating that the numbers of COVID-related deaths being reported are accurate
insisted that the resulting economic losses are his fault
insist that he’s responsible for any death that results from opening up “too soon”
