Suspect Who Shoved A 92-Year Old Woman To The Ground Was Arrested 65 Times And A Sex Offender

There is a reason we have police, courts and prisons. That reason is to deal with people who make a peaceful life impossible for those around them.

Take, for example, the punk who happened to see a 92-year-old woman with a walker walking near him on the sidewalk.

Without warning or provocation, this POS stiff-armed her in the head as he walked past, sending her tumbling to the concrete where she knocked her head on a fire hydrant. He looked back to see (savor?) her fall and he didn’t even break his stride.

There was absolutely nothing to be gained but such an action beyond the malicious pleasure of exerting a dominating force over someone incapable of defending themselves. It is the very antithesis of the civilized masculine response to those among us who are least able to defend themselves.

NYPD used social media to publicize the attack and find the aggressor…

They found him. (Is now a good time to remind everyone that this is the SAME NYPD that gets berated by the ‘all cops are bastards’ people who call for them to be disbanded and defunded?)

A reporter caught up with the elderly lady.

“I can’t believe that someone would do this,” the woman told DeAngelis.

Even more disbelief for the woman when DeAngelis showed her the surveillance video for the first time.

“Oh, he did look back. He did look back to see me fall on the floor, that rat!” she said.

She didn’t want to give her name, but gave DeAngelis a look at her injuries, which sent her to Mount Sinai Beth Israel hospital.

“He hit me on the left – ow – that hurts to touch it,” she said, indicating her head. “[My arm] was all bloody.”

“This man did nothing except change my life and almost kill me,” she added.

…“With my visor on and my face mask, so he barely saw who I was. He just saw an elderly lady walking slowly and he decided I’m perfect for a victim,” she said. “I’m not going to walk on the street alone right now, absolutely not.”

She was relieved to later find out that an anonymous tip led to the arrest of 31-year-old Rashid Brimmage in Harlem Tuesday.

He’s a registered sex offender who police say has been arrested about 65 times. Some include assault, harassment, resisting arrest and persistent sexual abuse. He’s due in court in July for arrests from earlier this year.

In the meantime, police say he committed this crime, leaving an elderly woman to plead:

“Please stop what you’re doing. That’s all I can say to this man.”

And to authorities, she’s hoping her attacker stays behind bars, so she can feel safe again walking on her own. —NYCBSLocal

A registered sex offender? Arrested 65 times? Pretty ambitions for a 31-year-old guy. And what in the HELL is ‘persistent sexual abuse’?

Great job, leftists. This guy walks free to prey upon old women while he is WAITING for his court date for one of his OTHER crimes.

You’ve made it all but impossible for the worst sort of people to be kept apart from people they have been known to victimize. Because you are concerned about the wellbeing of the accused.

You go ahead and look this old woman who is now too afraid to walk to the supermarket without an escort that your policies are all about ‘the greater good’.

You love to couch your policies in hard-luck stories, and blame a crooked system. That’s only part of the story, isn’t it? By eliminating bail, you have traded the social ill you claimed you were trying to solve for a new one that didn’t exist.

And be sure to thank the NYPD for tracking down this loser so that maybe — after the justice system gets around to it — this malicious dirtbag can have his day in court and see some actual jail time.
