WATCH: Florida Preacher Arrested For Preaching During COVID Taking Bold New Stand

Funny how you can keep your sense of humor when you’re not living a life of fear.

Rodney Howard Browne, the Floridian preacher famously arrested for preaching during COVID has a message for us all. He even shared the story about his arrest and talking to the officers, but that isn’t the message he’s here share. It’s not the main point of what he had to say, but it’s an interesting bunny trail.

That, and he pokes a lot of fun at how we’ve let our fear of Wuhan Coronavirus get WAAAAAY out of hand.

But what he really came to do — as he met a field full of Christians — is to face the fact that we are drawing near to a crossroads where we can make our Government happy, or our God… and we’re going to have to choose.

The way he sees it, the Church is going through some time in the crucible … where gold goes to get refined, and the garbage alloys get drained off and discarded.

This will be a time of testing for God’s people… where our loyalties are, and what we are made of. Those of us who make ith through without throwing in the towel will be in better shape to reach out to a world so desperately in need of answers.

It’s pretty long, and his delivery might be a little unorthodox to anyone unfamiliar with a more laid-back style of preaching but it covers some good ground.

What he challenges the Church to be and do, what he challenges us to step and do in this COVID-world is worth the watch by itself.

He also gave a pretty strong warning to anyone hoping to make good on any of the threats that were levied against him — his church is NOT a gun-free zone.
