There have been rumors and speculation that the virus didn’t occur naturally, but this COVID whistleblower claims that she has evidence to prove that it was made in a Wuhan lab.
Dr. Li-Meng Yan is a well-respected virologist who was one of the first scientists to investigate a cluster of “SARS-like cases” in Wuhan in December 2019. That illness would later be known as COVID-19.
As the virus spread and more people died, Dr. Yan felt it was her moral and scientific obligation to speak out about what she knows and warn the world.
In an exclusive interview with the British talk show Loose Women, Dr. Yan said that the virus came from the lab in Wuhan and that the claim that it came from a wet market nearby was a “smokescreen.”
She also said that she has evidence that even non-scientists will be able to understand and is preparing to release the information.
‘The genome sequence is like a human finger print’, she said. ‘And based on this you can identify these things. I will [use this] evidence to tell people why this has come from the lab in China, why they are the ones who made it.
‘Anyone, even if you have no biology knowledge, will be able to read it, and check and identify and verify it yourself.
‘It is critical to understand it, we can not overcome it, it will be life-threatening for everyone.’
Dr. Yan received her medical degrees from Xiangya Medical College of Central South University, China, and her Ph.D. from Southern Medical University, China. In 2019, she was employed at the Hong Kong School of Public Health, Hong Kong University, conducting research in virology and immunology when she became one of the first scientists sent to study the coronavirus.
The virologist was based at a prestigious Hong Kong university, one of the world’s leading centres for researching infectious diseases and a key part of the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) global epidemiology network.
Yan says she was one of the first scientists to study the coronavirus that would become known as Covid-19, and claims at the end of December 2019 she was asked by her supervisor at the University to look into an odd cluster of SARS-like cases that had erupted in mainland China.
Through her medical and scientific contacts she claims to have stumbled upon a cover-up of epic proportions, but her evidence about human transmission and claims Beijing deliberately distorting details of the virus’ origins were ignored.
Dr. Yan says that Beijing knew about the human-to-human transmission of the virus long before they admitted it to the world. Dr. Yan says that when she presented evidence of human transmission it was ignored.
The coronavirus whistleblower has had to flee Hong Kong for the United States because she fears that she would be jailed or “disappeared” for sharing what she knows.
She said that she is now the subject of a massive disinformation campaign by the CCP.
‘They deleted all my information and also they told people to spread rumours about me, that I’m a liar, I don’t know anything, I just killed a hamster in the lab. They will try to control my family and friends and then suddenly I don’t exist.’

Dr. Yan is not the only one coming forward saying that the virus isn’t naturally occurring.
