LIE OF THE NIGHT: Biden Says No One Lost Their Health Insurance Under Obamacare (VIDEO)
Obama’s repeated mantra “If you like your plan, you can keep your plan” was rated by PolitiFact as the Lie Of The Year in 2013.
Joe Biden either doesn’t know that or is in denial. Either way, that’s a very, very bad thing.
Biden made the false statement in the final Presidential Debate of 2020 on Thursday night. Joe made told some pretty big whoppers last night, but this one might’ve been the biggest of them all.
“The reason why I had such a fight with 20 candidates for the nomination was I support private insurance,” said Biden. “Not one single person with private insurance would lose their insurance under my plan, nor did they under Obamacare. They did not lose their insurance unless they chose they wanted to go to something else.”
That’s patently false.
Millions of people lost their private health insurance plans because of the Obamacare regulations that those plans did not comply with. Policyholders didn’t lose their healthcare plan because they “chose” something else — it was canceled and they were forced to find new insurance or switch to Obamacare.
In 2013, the Associated Press reported that “at least 4.7 million people received cancellation notices” for their health insurance plans once Obamacare was implemented. This number was disputed, but even the updated estimate from a journal of Health Affairs puts the estimate at about 2.6 million cancellations.Â
Even the New York Times admitted in 2016 that in some parts of the country, Obamacare has become the only healthcare option.Â
And then there were the high premium costs under Obamacare. By the way, ACA premiums have dropped for three consecutive years under President Trump. It’s no “repeal and replace” but it’s a start.
Did Joe Biden just say no one lost their private insurance plans under ObamaCare?
They did.
What Biden just said was the Lie of the Year in 2014. #Debates2020 https://t.co/10BrVlQ64l

The lie was so bad that even Barry had to apologize for it.
Barry lied for years. He knew what he was saying wasn’t true, ran for re-election lying… and won.
As CNN’s John King noted, his advisors knew in 2010 that 2/3 of people in the market would have their healthcare insurance affected and kept going with the lie anyway.
Now, you have Joe Biden — who is either a pathological liar or an idiot — wanting to expand on Barry’s “Big Lie”?
Not only that, he wants to expand Obamacare to include a public option which had not been included in Obamacare to begin with because it was too far let!
Biden was lambasted on Twitter for saying that no one lost their health insurance plans under Obamacare.
Did Biden just say that not a single person lost their private insurance plan when Obamacare was implemented?

Not a single person lost their insurance under Obamacare? This is patently untrue.

Biden just said that nobody lost their plan under Obamacare
He is re-telling the single biggest lie of the Obama administration, which everyone knows was a lie, but the media will let him get away with it

Nobody lost their insurance? Please run wall to wall ads about how all of our insurance spiked after Obamacare and millions of Americans lost their doctors.

I know people whose parents died thanks to them losing their private insurance due to Obamacare.
But keep lying, Joe.

Lost mine too. Total nightmare

Loesch had a ton of replies to her tweet from others who also lost their insurance.
All of these people in the comments of this tweet would like a word with The Big Guy about his Obamacare fairytale https://t.co/INJsgIqzGW

Dan Bongino posted a photo from his insurance company showing that his health insurance was being canceled because of the implementation of Obamacare.

Bongino isn’t alone. Millions of people received letters just like that.
President Trump missed an opportunity to verbally slug Biden by asking Americans if they want the same leadership that made the V.A. such a sh!tshow for our veterans to run their healthcare.
That would’ve been devastating.
