CONTESTED 2020: Latest Developments Include Voting Machines, Whistleblower, And Criminal Referrals
While Anderson bleats that there is ‘no evidence’ of electoral wrongdoing, here are some more of the recent developments.
Let’s start with the story we’ve already covered.
Pam Bondi and others showed up with a court order demanding access to watch polls be counted in PA — since Pollwatchers had been forbidden their Constitutional right to scrutineer how the vote was being counted.
The PA Supreme Court "went rogue and decided to violate the U.S. Constitution, ignore Pennsylvania law, and just rewrite the law themselves," says U.S. Senator Pat Toomey.

At first, they simply refused to comply, and the Sheriff refused to enforce it.

Pa officials had already ordered these ballots be kept separate but “neither the applicant nor the Secretary has been able to verify that all boards are complying with the Secretary’s guidance, which, it is alleged, is not legally binding on them.”

How are things in Michigan?
For one thing, a whistleblower is now claiming that the supervisor in Michigan gave instructions to the vote counters that they should break the law.
We have documented irregularities in Michigan.
In Wayne County, poll watchers were kept in the dark with blocked windows & padlocked doors.

Republicans point out that in northern Antrim County, thousands of votes were counted in error for Biden, and for Democratic Sen. Gary Peters instead of GOP candidate John James.
Biden is ahead by 146,123 votes in Michigan with 98 percent of ballots counted, and the Associated Press and major news networks declared him the winner.
Michigan GOP Chairwoman Laura Cox said at a Friday press conference that “in Antrim County, ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a 6,000 vote swing against our candidates. The county clerk came forward and said, ‘tabulating software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the votes.’”
Cox said that “since then, we have now discovered that 47 counties used this same software in the same capacity,” or more than half of Michigan’s 83 counties. She urged those counties to “closely examine their results for similar discrepancies.” Trump’s campaign circulated her remarks on Twitter. -NYPost
A 6000 vote swing in a contest that had a TOTAL of 17,000 in 2016.
Members of Trump’s team have claimed that a little research has turned up evidence that a number of contested states have used the same dubious software. It doesn’t help any that claims are being made that these voting machines are said to have connections with big-money partisans on the left.

Even the reporting of confrimed voter irregularities — like the votor machines in Michigan — has been labeled as disinformation the social media overlords.

Long story short, there is no lack of evidence of voting irregularity. The real question is whether it was criminal or accidental… and if they changed the outcome of the election.
