He even had the audacity to call out preachers who wouldn’t join him in his crusade to unmake America.
Now, he wants to be one of only 100 representatives in the Senate whose election would be critcial to putting the gavel into Schumer’s white-knuckled fist so he can make good on his pledge to ‘take Georgia and change America’.
I want you to hear me now, because most of Christian America is focused on two or three issues. Meanwhile, the Bible spends most of its time talking about how to treat the poor, the struggling, and the stranger. And so, don’t misinterpret what Jesus is saying. Jesus is saying you will always have the poor with you, not because God ordained it; not because it is what it is, and that’s the way it has to be; the poor are with you because of the evils and the excesses of the empire. And I came to dismantle the value system of the empire. I already told you that I came to preach good news to the poor, to open the eyes of the blind, and to set the captives free, and to preach the year of the Lord’s freedom. In other words, I came to dismantle the value system of the empire. But here’s the problem: the religious folk who should be fighting with me against the empire are in cahoots with the empire. –Breitbart

He thinks it’s the government is God’s agent to help save the world from poverty.
No wonder he is embracing Socialism – despite its DEEP and open hostility to actual religious devotion. He thinks he’s leading us all to some kind of a cheap materialistic utopia.
As we have long said — bad ideas (and bad theology) breeds bad policies and actions. Warnock is no exception.
For the bs fact-checkers who like to claim sites like ours don’t give proper context, blah, blah blah, here’s the full sermon in which he gave his statement.
Warnock’s prissy, political Jesus is a pale imitation of the real deal.

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
