Remember when Blue states got nervous about the Supreme Court shifting toward the right, and passed aggressive abortion laws to get ahead of it? This is the 2A version.

It’s no secret Biden is NOT a fan of private gun ownership, especially of those guns most widely favored by Americans.

He even pledged to make Robert Francis ‘Beto’ O’Rourke his ‘gun czar. You remember him, don’t you? He’s the guy who once said ‘Hell yes, we’re going to take away your AR-15s’.

Well, some Americans don’t particularly LIKE government infringements on their Second Amendment rights, and they’re ready to do something about it.

State Senator Bill Eigel of St. Charles County is promoting a bill in Jefferson City to preserve gun rights if the federal government adds restrictions. The bill, SB 39, was introduced by State Senator Eric Burlison and would create the “Second Amendment Preservation Act”, which would nullify any new firearms restrictions from the federal government in Missouri.

“Some laws declared invalid under this act include certain taxes, certain registration and tracking laws, certain prohibitions on the possession, ownership, use, or transfer of a specific type of firearm, and confiscation orders,” the bill states, “Under this act, no public officer or state or local employee has the authority to enforce firearms laws declared invalid by the act.”

“We’re in a remarkable time where we’re having to make statements like this,” Eigel said on KMOX’s Mark Reardon Show. “We’re having to put laws in place at the state level to protect us from the possibility of additional federal overreach.” –KMOX

Will it work?

Critics are throwing cold water on its constitutionality, but if passed, it would force the question of whether any forthcoming federal laws that are expected to infringe on gun owners’ Constitutional rights are themselves Constitutional.

It’s just a bill at this point, but we can respect the direct action these lawmakers are taking to in defense of their citizens’ rights.

We’re going to need a LOT more such out-of-the-box thinking to keep the Biden Agenda from trampling a whole host of Historical American norms.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
