Biden’s Energy Policies Are Already Looking Bad For America

Written by Andrew Linn on February 8, 2021

Not only has the Biden Administration killed over 70,000 jobs by pulling the permit for the Keystone XL Pipeline, but it also demonstrates its stance on energy policies.

The Biden Administration wants America to have a net-zero electricity grid by 2035 and a net-zero economy by 2050. It also intends to rejoin the Paris climate agreement, thus having America go green.

Such goals are to be achieved by phasing out a reliance on coal, oil, and natural gas (and perhaps even nuclear and hydroelectric power) and relying more on solar and wind power.

But such changes are only going to increase the electric bill for millions of Americans, not to mention the fact that they will destroy jobs.

In addition, these green energy policies are not efficient at producing energy, nor are they even environmentally-friendly. In fact, wind farms are said to be responsible for the deaths of many birds and bats, thus drawing criticism from animal rights activists.

Contrary to popular belief, carbon dioxide is not harmful. It is a benign, even useful substance, since it is vital to plants, which absorb it and produce oxygen, an element vital to humans and animals- hence the process of photosynthesis.

Also contrary to popular belief, there is such a thing as clean coal. There is also clean oil, clean natural gas, clean nuclear power, and clean hydroelectric power. Such facts might come as a shock to environmentalists (even Al Gore, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez, and Greta Thunberg) but they are true. I should point out that nuclear energy is the cleanest and even safest form of energy, and it even is supported by some environmentalists. And as for the disasters at Three Mile Island and Chernobyl, they were greatly exaggerated. There were no fatalities at Three Mile Island, and the only fatalities at Chernobyl were those killed in the explosion at that nuclear power plant, and the deaths due to thyroid cancer in the area were the result of an iodine deficiency among the local population.

As for global warming, or as environmentalists now call it climate change, here is another shocker: it is not man-made. The climate changes, because that is what it does. Thus, it fluctuates, just like the stock market.

So global warming/climate change is natural. The climate produces warming and cooling cycles. Sometimes anomalies might occur, but they are due to natural\ occurrences (e.g. solar activity) and not caused by human activity.

So let’s take a stand against the Green policies of the Biden Administration and\ promote the use of coal, oil, and natural gas, as well as nuclear and hydroelectric power.
