Oh, they’ll still find a way to make their wild allegations. They always do. But what do the FACTS tell us?

The FBI has been leaving no stone unturned since the riot on January 6th. Less than a month later, a lot has already been learned.

For one thing, the pipe bombs we heard about had nothing to do with the crowd assembled around noon of January 6th. They had been planted the previous evening.

The two pipe bombs discovered at the Republican and Democratic national committee offices during the recent Capitol breach were placed in their respective locations the night before, according to federal officials.

The devices, which were found by law enforcement on the day of the Jan. 6 breach, had been placed in their respective locations the evening prior between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m.

The devices’ connection to the Capitol breach remains unclear. Investigators are still examining the devices, which were similar in style and nature – both appeared to be about a foot long with end caps and wiring attaches to timers. — JustTheNews

So we’ve got at least six requests for tighter security that fell on deaf ears. We’ve got various stories coming out and making reference to chatter in the days leading up to the event.

And improvised pipe bombs were set up on the previous night.

How exactly are we supposed to tie The president’s speech to the violence of that morning, other than the deep and burning desire to draw connections between those dots and implicate OrangeManBad?

Now we know why Democrats have already started leaking their impeachment strategy, they will be explicitly pulling on heartstrings — look at the man who was killed — rather than drawing from any authoritative legal questions such as ‘what does the evidence actually tell us’?

Democrats are not interested in a mere judicial conviction. That isn’t what would most benefit their political endgame.

They’re looking for a conviction in the court of public opinion. If they can’t block Trump from running for office, they will at least do their damnedest to taint his brand and attack his ability to draw a crowd for any Republican causes.
