A mom getting a broken leg and a baby girl being chucked into the river? How ‘humane’ does that sound to you?
It prompts another questoin — how many other stories have there been like this one, stories with far more tragic endings?
That’s not even the worst part. How many fake asylum seekers, or worse, child traffickers, are exploiting Biden’s ‘family loophole’ at the border?
Here’s one account from a man whose property near the border has been exploited for years by groups of illegal entrants.
The illegal migrants have not caused damage to property because they only walk along the road, but they have left behind trash including various medications, clothing and bottles, Junior told the DCNF. He added he has not recognized anyone that stands out as possible coyotes or cartel members.
“With Obama, it was mostly men with children, no women, but I asked a couple of times, ‘Where’s your daddy?’ and the kid—I remember one kid saying, ‘He’s not here,’ and the so-called father was like five feet away and says, ‘I’m right here.’ He was angry, he was upset, and I could tell, he ain’t the father, but there is nothing I can do,” Junior told the DCNF.
A Honduran man crossing Junior’s land with a large group of migrants including women and several children said that the Biden administration gave them the opportunity to come to the U.S.

Last we checked, ‘to find work’ was not on the list of criteria that makes someone eligible for asylum.
Republicans have proposed legislation in response to exploiting children as a means to gain entry.
“The bill requires DHS to deport alien adults if they refuse a DNA test and mandates a maximum 10-year prison sentence for all alien adults who fabricate family ties or guardianship over a minor,” Sen. Marsha Blackburn said in a statement about the End Child Trafficking Now Act, which she is sponsoring along with Sens. Joni Ernst, Thom Tillis, and Mike Rounds.
“It also criminalizes ‘child recycling,’ which happens when the same child is used repeatedly to gain entry by alien adults who are neither relatives nor legal guardians,” Blackburn added. “ If family ties or legal guardianship cannot be proven with the accompanying adult, the Act requires HHS to process the child as an unaccompanied minor under current law.”
…“Unaccompanied children are passing through our border with the help of strangers and members of cartels, putting these children at an increased risk of sexual abuse and human trafficking,” Tillis said. “This is completely unacceptable, and the Biden administration’s response has been severely lacking.” —Examiner
It’s a ‘very violent’ situation...
The Biden administration pulled the plug on border wall construction on day one, and Cochise County, Ariz. Sheriff Mark Dannels told “Justice with Judge Jeanine” his policies have only incited more violence.
“In our county, we deal strictly with cartel trafficking,” he said. “The Sinaloa cartel – they control all human smuggling in this county, they have control on drug smuggling in this county and we see it. It’s a very violent situation … when it comes to the cartels pushing people through.”
Host Jeanine Pirro visited the site in Arizona where border wall construction was halted. The sheriff said it took nearly one year to build infrastructure and roads in his area before wall materials could even be cemented in. –LegalInsurrection

So much for all talk of ‘country over party’ we heard for the last four years.
Their cards are on the table, and they’re going for broke in their attempt at breaking America the very same way they broke California.
