They showed up on a Saturday just before a church service was about to begin. These people are shameless.

A Public Health official along with around a dozen or so armed members of Calgary’s finest showed up on a Saturday afternoon to shut down worship.

The last time they did this, Pastor Artur Pawlowski, the head of Calgary’s Street Church and Senior Pastor at the Cave of Adullam Church in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, chased them out calling them Nazis and Gestapo.

ClashDaily covered the first time they tried busting up the service during Easter.

COVIDICTATOR Cops Interrupt Church Service… They Weren’t Ready For THIS Pastor

He was right to do it the first time and he was right to do it again.

There is a statute in the Canadian Criminal Code that prohibits interrupting a church service. This isn’t a bylaw or provincial law, this is in the federal Criminal Code.

Section 176 states:

Obstructing or violence to or arrest of officiating clergyman

176 (1) Every person is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years or is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction who

(a) by threats or force, unlawfully obstructs or prevents or endeavours to obstruct or prevent an officiant from celebrating a religious or spiritual service or performing any other function in connection with their calling, or

(b) knowing that an officiant is about to perform, is on their way to perform or is returning from the performance of any of the duties or functions mentioned in paragraph (a)

(i) assaults or offers any violence to them, or

(ii) arrests them on a civil process, or under the pretence of executing a civil process.

Marginal note:Disturbing religious worship or certain meetings

176 (2) Every one who wilfully disturbs or interrupts an assemblage of persons met for religious worship or for a moral, social or benevolent purpose is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

Marginal note:Idem

176 (3) Every one who, at or near a meeting referred to in subsection (2), wilfully does anything that disturbs the order or solemnity of the meeting is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.

That could mean five years in a Canadian federal prison if convicted.

But Calgary Public Health returned with even more armed police just before the beginning of a service to deliver a court order insisting that they “don’t want to interrupt the service.” Really? They couldn’t do this Monday through Friday? They had to wait until the weekend to do it? And just before a service? That is some kinda coincidence…

Pastor Pawlowski mentions this very thing in the back and forth saying that they could have called and made an appointment to see him and “have a conversation” any other day of the week.

Pastor Pawlowski says that the city didn’t have the correct registered ministry name on the court order. The Public Health official says she wants to “have a conversation” while she’s surrounded by armed police officers. That doesn’t seem like a great way to start a “conversation.” Clearly, this isn’t about “conversation” it’s about intimidation and harassment.

They picked the wrong pastor — he’s clearly not intimidated in the slightest.

Pastor Pawlowski calls them out as “Nazi Gestapo Communist Fascists” and says that he doesn’t cooperate with Gestapo. He tells them to contact his lawyer. He says that they came in their uniforms like thugs.

“I’m not interested. I’m not interested in talking. You see, this is what the Gestapo is doing, you [are] coming the place of worship to intimidate and to harass,” says Pawlowski, “so you can make an appointment. Lady! Listen to me! You can make an appiontment — another day. You Gestapo! Another Day! Not this day! Not. This. Day. Not during the church! You understand? Make an appointment! Okay? So go!”

They then slink away shamed.

It’s quite… satisfying.

Pastor Pawlowski is from Poland and has been sounding the alarm that there he has seen this kind of thing happen before…as he was growing up behind the Iron Curtain in Poland.

Pastor Pawlowski addressed the situation during the Saturday afternoon service. The video is posted on the Church’s Facebook page, but it cannot be embedded here because of the settings on their page. You can watch it at this link, but note that Pastor Pawlowski begins speaking at the 1:02:15 mark. During his remarks, he says that Mosques in Calgary are open and holding religious gatherings with hundreds, or as many as a thousand people.

On the same weekend that they went to Pastor Pawlowski’s church, this happened in the same city.

Calgary Public Health doesn’t seem to be issuing their decrees equally and the Calgary P.D. seemed to be just fine with this Friday Prayer service.

This is happening to churches, but not so much other groups.

Weird, isn’t it?

What could possibly be the difference?

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
