We don’t call little lord Fauci the Pervaricating Authoritarian Smurf for nothing! Fauci maintains his lies, but Rand Paul brings receipts.

It’s easy for someone like Fauci to be arrogant in the face of facts when he knows the entire political machine — including the media, the Democrat party, and the permanent bureaucratic class will ride to his defense.

But he still stands against the facts themselves.

Rand Paul cited the government’s own definitions about gain-of-function research and the Wuhan researcher’s own acknowledgment of funding sources (after opening with the citation of criminal statutes) while inviting Tiny Tony to retract statements that were, at minimum, ‘evasive’.

This is the same Tony Fauci who, not so long ago, admitted he had been lying to the public about masks, (as well as the herd immunity numbers) but he was doing so for the greater good. He has an established track record of lying. And now, when faced with a paper trail of the money that went to Wuhan, as well as evidence that the same money that had been sent was being used to create viruses that did not exist in nature, deliberately using them to infect human tissues.

The FOIA request revealing Fauci’s emails in the early days and months of the pandemic shone a light on some of the other things he has been less-than-forthcoming about as well.

Here is the heated part of the clash, where each makes accusations against the other. You may have seen this already.

Notice how Fauci tries to flip the question from ‘did you provide funding for gain-of-function research and then claim you hadn’t’ to reframe it by answering the question that is NOT being asked here ‘did this particular research cause COVID-19’.

But just focusing on the sparks flying between them leaves out, as Paul Harvey used to say, ‘the rest of the story’.

Unlike so many that leave out Rand Paul making his case for how Fauci’s testimony directly conflicts with known facts, this clip starts right at the beginning.

Rand Paul isn’t claiming Fauci lied about the cause of the virus, or that he directly caused COVID-19. He makes it clear to say that’s one of the questions that remain unanswered.

He’s claiming something different. Something that no amount of sanctimonious finger-wagging and name-calling will change. Senator Paul is saying Fauci lied to Congress about funding gain-of-function research whose continued funding had been expressly blocked by the Federal Government. Lying to Congress is a felony.

Since such lying is a felony, Rand Paul will now be sending a criminal referral letter to the DOJ.

The left has responded as they so often do when someone disagrees with them, or takes shots at their sacred cows. They are wishing harm on the Senator.

There are a lot of mentions of Rand Paul’s neighbor — the criminal who ambushed and hospitalized Rand Paul, badly enough that he required the partial removal of a lung. These are the people the left holds up as heroes.

Isn’t that telling of the people who imagine themselves to be our moral superiors?

The real question here is, is the DOJ now so thoroughly sold out to the Democrat agenda that we will ever see a criminal prosecution among the left-leaning political elite again? Or have we already crossed that line into becoming a political police state?

So long as some, like Senator Rand Paul, are willing to stand up and challenge the Emporer’s New Clothes there’s still hope for positive change.

If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive

Much of the Left loathes masculinity and they love to paint Jesus as a non-offensive bearded woman who endorses their agenda. This book blows that nonsense all to hell. From the stonking laptop of bestselling author, Doug Giles, comes a new book that focuses on Jesus’ overt masculine traits like no other books have heretofore. It’s informative, bold, hilarious, and scary. Giles has concluded, after many years of scouring the scripture that, If Masculinity Is ‘Toxic’, Call Jesus Radioactive.
