How will Kamala and Joe reassure us that none of the million or more people crashing our border since they took office won’t try playing the same game here?

With so many different stories vying for our attention, it’s all but impossible to keep up with them all. That includes a story about a busload of 17 missionaries being kidnapped and held at gunpoint.

Considering the role those missionaries had in helping the Haitian people, this kidnapping is a particularly galling crime. Here’s why:

Based in Ohio and founded in 1981, the group has worked in Haiti for at least 15 years, according to its website. The organization distributes food and clothing, funds schools, teaches farming methods and helps with emergency relief. In 2020, it had operations in more than 130 countries and territories.

…In Haiti, CAM runs a “sponsor-a-child” program, which states that a donation of $65 a month can allow five students to go to school. Donations fund the purchase of textbooks and allow each child to get one hot meal a day. That program helps more than 9,000 students in 52 schools in Haiti, according to the group’s website. — NYTimes

These losers want to enrich themselves off money that might be the only thing keeping body and soul together for some of the most destitute victims of Haiti’s seemingly endless cycle of horrible disasters.

the gang leader in Haiti who kidnapped these missionaries is growing impatient. He made his ransom demand earlier this week, but it didn’t make much of a splash in national headlines. He is now escalating the urgency of that demand.

The leader of the Haitian gang that kidnapped 17 missionaries is threatening to kill them if he doesn’t receive a ransom of up to $1 million for each person.

‘I swear by thunder that if I don’t get what m asking for, I will put a bullet in the heads of these Americans,’ 400 Mawozo leader Wilson Joseph said in a video posted to social media Thursday.

Joseph – who goes by the alias Lanmò San Jou or ‘Death Without Days’ – issued the threat as he stood in front of open coffins apparently holding several members of his gang who were recently killed. — DailyMail

While the FBI and other unnamed American agencies have joined an international effort to rescue them, something most Americans were not aware of until now was that Haiti has a MASSIVE problem with kidnapping.

How big of a problem is it?

Haiti has the highest per-capita kidnapping rate in the world, with Port-au-Prince now seeing more kidnappings than vastly larger Bogota, Mexico City and Sao Paulo combined, according to the consulting firm Control Risks.

Criminal gangs in Haiti kidnapped at least 119 people, including the missionaries, during the first half of October alone, the Port-au-Prince-based Center for Analysis and Research in Human Rights said on Wednesday, marking a clear escalation over even the previous month. — DailyMail

But it wasn’t long before it was shown that Cubans are the ONLY group they are intent on keeping out.

Remember those thousands and thousands of Haitians that were being ‘processed’ under the bridge in Del Rio? They were quietly seeded into the country en masse.
