After three and a half days of deliberations, Kyle Rittenhouse is now a free man.

Justice was served in the Rittenhouse case on Friday — Rittenhouse acted in self-defense.

Kyle Rittenhouse, 18, held back tears as the “not guilty” verdict was read, collapsed into his chair, and in relief embraced one of his defense attorneys Corey Chirafisi.

For more than a year, people seemed to be entrenched in their views on the incredibly high-profile case… right up until the end when it became clear that the Corporate Media had been lying about the case as video evidence was released.

Bari Weiss, a former editor of the New York Times, wrote on her Substack that even she didn’t know what the details were before the trial began because of the biased media coverage.

Read her excellent piece here — The Media’s Verdict on Kyle Rittenhouse: Why so many got this story so wrong.

On August 25, 2020, Kyle Rittenhouse, 17 years old, went to clean graffiti and guard a business as violent rioters were wreaking havoc and burning down businesses in Kenosha, Wisconsin in the wake of the police-involved shooting two days earlier of Jacob Blake, a man accused of sexual assault and believed to be attempting to steal his victim’s car.

For two nights, businesses in Kenosha were smashed and set on fire.

Rittenhouse went out on the 25th and provided first aid to some of the protesters, but because he was openly (and legally) carrying a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 rifle, he became a target of harassment from the crowd.

At one point, a homeless man who had mental health problems had threatened the group that Rittenhouse was with and threatened to kill one of them if he got them alone. That was Joseph Rosenbaum, a convicted child rapist.

Later in the night, Rosenbaum saw Rittenhouse alone and chased him, grabbed his gun, and Rittenhouse shot him.

As Rittenhouse was running towards police, a crowd followed him yelling that he was the shooter and “Cranium him.” As Rittenhouse was just a block and a half away from police, he fell and was hit in the head from behind. He was then repeatedly attacked, once by an unidentified man that kicked him in the head, and by Anthony Huber who hit him in the head with a skateboard. Rittenhouse shot Huber in the chest after he was hit in the head twice.

A fourth man, Gaige Grosskreutz, approached Rittenhouse with a pistol and was shot in the bicep when he raised his Glock at the teen who was on the ground at the time.

The men that attacked Rittenhouse that night are no longer “victims” but “assailants” according to Nick Rekieta of the wildly popular and incredibly engaging Rekieta Law YouTube channel. Rekieta’s channel was riveting for many following the case and garnered over 120,000 viewers as the verdict was read. (Kudos to you, Nick, if you ever see this!)

People wanted something other than the pre-chewed narrative served up by the Corporate Media.

This is a very good sign that Americans should celebrate and make the Corporate Media rethink their strategy of alienating half the country and gaslight them by saying that they shouldn’t believe their “lying eyes” and instead just swallow whatever pablum is served up to them.

For the past 14 months, Corporate Media and Independent Media appeared to be covering completely different cases.

Those that followed Independent Media appeared to know the basic facts of the case, but those that followed the legacy, Corporate Media did not.

As the trial was televised, many Americans were stunned by the blatant disparities in what was reported and the details that were widely available on the internet that they were seeing for the first time.

Far-left YouTuber with The Young Turks, Ana Kasparian, admitted that she was wrong about the case.

Even GoFundMe seems to have chosen sides beforehand by banning Rittenhouse from using their platform to raise money for his defense.

We must also never, ever forget that the sitting President of the United States ran on a campaign of division and elevating the threat of “white nationalism” in the United States. As Biden did this, he posted a video that included smearing then-17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse as a “white supremacist” by including his photo along with clips of a handful of racist, alt-right twits with Tiki torches that marched in Charlottesville in 2017.

It’s absolutely disgraceful behavior that the President should address if he still thinks of himself as a “unifying” President.

But enough about President Brandon… this is about justice working for a young man.

Kyle Rittenhouse has been found not guilty by a jury of his peers and he should celebrate.

Next up, going after the media that slandered him.
