The radio host had the Vice President appear virtually on his Comedy Central show, and things got heated when he asked who was the real President — Joe Manchin or Joe Biden.
You may remember Charlamagne Tha God, co-host of the nationally syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club, was interviewing Biden during the 2020 campaign when Sleepy Joe made the unforgettable statement, “If you have a problem figuring whether you’re for me or for Trump — then you ain’t black!”
After that, Charlamagne had some pretty spicy statements about Biden and said that he would vote for the Democratic ticket only because Kamala Harris was on it.

He seems to be one of the very, very few people in the country that is a fan of Vice President Kamala Harris.
The incredibly unpopular Vice President appeared on Charlamagne’s Comedy Central show on Friday and there was a testy exchange despite heaping praise on Cacklin’ Kamala as a “superhero that saves democracy.”
In the middle of the interview, Charlamagne asked who the “real” president was and Harris’s aide, Symone Sanders — who used to work on Joe Biden’s campaign and before that on Bernie’s failed 2016 bid to be the Democratic nominee — interrupted pretending that there were tech glitches with the audio and tried to end the interview.
Vice President Kamala Harris‘s outgoing aide Symone Sanders on Friday tried to cut off an interview with radio host Charlamagne Tha God in a heated exchange, after he questioned who really held the power in Washington D.C.
Charlamagne – real name Lenard Larry McKelvey – had asked Harris on his Comedy Central show why she and President Joe Biden were unable to pass their flagship $1.75 trillion Build Back Better legislation.
His question so angered Harris that her aide, Sanders, could be heard off-camera on the other end of the remote interview, shouting: ‘I’m so sorry Charlamagne, it’s Symone, we have to wrap.’
Charlamagne caught on right away, “She can hear me,” he chuckled.
Sanders responded, “Can you hear me now? I’m sorry but we have to wrap. I’m sorry to interrupt.”
Turning to a producer off-camera, Charlamagne said, “They’re acting like they can’t hear me, yo.”
A very tense-looking Harris replied directly to Charlamagne, “I can hear you.”
Charlamagne repeated his spicy question, “So who’s the real president of this country? Is it Joe Manchin or Joe Biden?”
Harris responded, “Come on, Charlamagne. It’s Joe Biden,” she said unamused.
“I can’t tell sometimes,” he replied.
At this point, Harris got visibly angry responded to Charlamagne, “No, no, no, no, no, no, no! It’s Joe Biden, and don’t start talking like a Republican about asking whether or not he’s president. And it’s Joe Biden. And I’m vice president and my name is Kamala Harris.”
She then went off on a finger-wagging rant about how they’re pushing forward with a far-left agenda.

Yeah, that’s not a good look for the Vice President or her staff. It makes her look petty and unprofessional.
But then, we already knew that Cacklin’ Kamala was in over her head and Sanders is getting off of the Veep’s sinking ship.
Sanders, the aide who attempted to cut off the interview, is the vice president’s chief spokeswoman, who is one of at least four top aides to announce their departures from Harris’ staff in recent weeks.
The 32-year-old Sanders will leave by the end of December, but no announcement has been made on whether she has lined up another job, sparking questions over the circumstances surrounding her departure.

At the end, Charlamagne said that he liked the more combative version of Cacklin’ Kamala. The Biden White House (and especially the First Lady) probably disagree.
Harris also spoke with Charlamagne Tha God when she appeared on The Breakfast Club when she was running for President and made her bizarre time-traveling weed-smoking claim.
Maybe the Vice President’s office thinks that this helps… or maybe the incompetence is just inescapable.
You gotta hand it to Clueless Joe for at least learning one thing from his time as Vice President — make sure to pick a running mate that the public finds more unlikeable and incapable than you are so that despite all of the corruption, mismanagement, and incompetence, you won’t be tossed aside in favor of your Veep. It’s really the only success he’s had in this administration.
