It really does pay to be a Biden, and in more ways than one.
Not only do despots and crooks from around the world toss big bags of cash at multiple members of the Biden family, but the partisan press act as Biden cheerleaders burying things like a 40-year record of incompetence and mediocrity, serious sexual assault allegations, and evidence of corruption that encompasses the entire family.
Hunter Biden has been investigated by the feds for years over failing to pay his taxes, but that expanded in 2018 to include foreign lobbying and money laundering as well as violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) — well before Joe Biden decided to run for President for the third time.
Calling that a red flag was spreading “Russian disinformation” because anything that the Left doesn’t like is “Russian disinformation.”
The investigation, which began as a tax inquiry under the Obama administration, widened in 2018 to include possible criminal violations of tax laws, as well as foreign lobbying and money laundering rules, according to the people familiar with the inquiry.
But prosecutors face a number of hurdles to bringing criminal charges, the people familiar with the investigation said, including proving that Mr. Biden intentionally violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act, or FARA, which requires disclosure to the Justice Department of lobbying or public relations assistance on behalf of foreign clients.
The Justice Department has given no public indication that it has made decisions about any element of the case, and Mr. Biden has not been charged with any crime.
The article then continues and confirms the authenticity of the emails noting that emails between Hunter Biden and Devon Archer about Burisma that were examined by prosecutors in an unrelated securities fraud case matched the ones on the laptop that Hunter had abandoned at a repair shop in Delaware.
Last year, prosecutors interviewed Mr. Archer and subpoenaed him for documents and grand jury testimony, the people said. Mr. Archer, who was sentenced last month in an unrelated securities fraud case in which a decision to set aside his conviction was reversed, had served with Mr. Biden on Burisma’s board, starting in 2014.
People familiar with the investigation said prosecutors had examined emails between Mr. Biden, Mr. Archer and others about Burisma and other foreign business activity. Those emails were obtained by The New York Times from a cache of files that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop. The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation.
In some of the emails, Mr. Biden displayed a familiarity with FARA, and a desire to avoid triggering it.

Let’s not forget that Hunter Biden was desperate to keep his financial records secret during the paternity case for child support filed by former D.C. stripper, Lunden Roberts.
Hunter’s laptop was a “national security risk” detailing how he spent vast amounts of cash on drugs, hookers, and extended stays in lavish hotels. It also revealed that he and his dad shared bank accounts.

Geez, what took the New York Times so long?
Andrew Kerr of the Daily Caller had confirmed the authenticity of the emails in the New York Post exposé on Hunter Biden’s laptop using forensic analysis back in October 2020 — before the election that gave us the Shambling Husk of Mediocrity that is destroying America and the world.
The New York Post’s Editorial Board published a piece blasting the NYTimes for waiting over a year to report on the information from Hunter’s laptop.
The Post, in an article appearing Thursday, said: “Forgive the profanity, but you have got to be s——- us.
“First, The New York Times decides more than a year later that Hunter Biden’s business woes are worthy of a story. Then, deep in the piece, in passing, it notes that Hunter’s laptop is legitimate.”
The Times’ story, posted Wednesday, deals with emails found on Hunter Biden’s laptop.
“Those emails were obtained by The New York Times from a cache of files that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop. The email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation,” the Times reported.
But the Post noted: “Authenticated!!! You don’t say. You mean, when a newspaper actually does reporting on a topic and doesn’t just try to whitewash coverage for Joe Biden, it discovers it’s actually true?”

The New York Post took several (well-deserved) swipes at the Times for their attempts to discredit the Post’s reporting on the laptop before the 2020 election.
In the heat of the presidential race of 2020, the Times never missed a chance to cast doubt on the laptop, saying the information was “purported” and quoting a letter from former Democratic officials who claimed — with no evidence — that it was Russian disinformation. As recently as September 2021, the Times called the laptop “unsubstantiated” in a news story.
Why was it unsubstantiated? Because of willful ignorance and the Times’ curious lack of curiosity. Hunter’s business partner Tony Bobulinski came forward immediately after The Post’s reports and confirmed that the emails bearing his name were legitimate. The Bidens didn’t even deny it was true! They just deflected, with the media’s help, saying it was a dirty trick or not a story. Mostly, the press just ignored it…
…Now we’re 16 months away from the 2020 election, Joe Biden’s safely in the White House, and the Times finally decides to report on the news rather than carry the Biden campaign’s water. And they find that hey, Hunter Biden’s business interests benefited from Joe Biden’s political status to a suspicious degree. Perhaps this is a topic worthy of examination.
How did the Times “authenticate” the laptop? It doesn’t say. Unlike The Post’s reporting, which detailed exactly how we got the files and where they came from, the Times does a hand wave to anonymous sources. No facts have changed since fall 2020. They knew the laptop was real from the start. They just didn’t want to say so.
There’s never any shame with these 180s. Sorry that we wrote a “fact check” that turned out to be bull! Sorry we wrote a piece claiming something wasn’t a story and you were stupid for thinking so!
Twitter banned us for supposedly publishing “hacked materials” that weren’t hacked. The company’s CEO apologized, but by that point, they had accomplished what they wanted. Like the Times, they cast enough doubt to avoid making their preferred candidate look bad.

The Post’s article is worth a read (and an upvote!) for the way that they covered the duplicity of the New York Times.
The Times article doesn’t just confirm the laptop, but several other things that the New York Times had insisted couldn’t possibly be true.
In October 2020, NYT cast doubt that a meeting between Biden and a Burisma official occurred while Hunter was a member of the Board of Directors. “A Biden campaign spokesman said Mr. Biden’s official schedules did not show a meeting between the two men,” wrote the Times. Wednesday’s report appears to show that the meeting likely did happen.
The Post notes that readers of the Times have just learned in March 2022 that “Hunter Biden pursued business deals in Europe and Asia, and may have leveraged his father’s position as vice president to do it. Hunter also may not have properly registered with the government or declared all his income.” Readers of the Post have known this since October 2020.
When the NY Post started reporting about Hunter’s Laptop From Hell, the Washington Post where “Democracy Dies in Darkness” decided to handle it as though it was foreign disinformation… even if it “probably” wasn’t.
We also know that a whole lot of Democrats wouldn’t have backed Joe if journalists had done their job properly and if the laptop story hadn’t been suppressed by Twitter and Facebook. “Reputable” outlets like the Washington Post and the New York Times who won a joint Pulitzer for the false Trump-Russia Collusion narrative actively discredited the laptop story in the New York Post.
So much for “reputable journalism” by those hacks.
New York Post columnists have been (rightfully) crowing online on Thursday.
John Brennan, James Clapper, Leon Panetta, Michael Hayden – now yapping in the media as esteemed experts on the Ukraine war – were among 50 signatories of a letter on 2020 election eve saying material on Hunter Biden’s laptop – which they never saw – was Russian disinformation https://t.co/69B6E5r2LP

The conspiracy to suppress this information by mainstream media, big tech companies and the Democratic Party is the single greatest act of disinformation ever perpetrated in the social media era https://t.co/94zqft4FXD
— Jon Levine (@LevineJonathan) March 17, 2022
To the people in my mentions asking what I’m talking about that: the NY Post ran a story about Hunter Biden, during the election, that was censored on Twitter&FB for being fake. Story was confirmed by NY Times today but everyone knew it was true all along. https://t.co/4Z0hfJiT0K
— Karol Markowicz (@karol) March 17, 2022
They weren’t the only ones. NYT is getting lambasted by rightwingers on Twitter and it’s a thing of beauty.
The New York Times was once the beacon of journalism.
Now it takes them two years to confirm a story that everyone knew was real.

Many pundits/reporters found the notion that Hunter dropped his laptop off at a repair shop but never returned to pick it back up to be ridiculous, but none of them thought it necessary to ask Hunter whether or not he signed this repair quote.https://t.co/Je8Rym4uuo

The New York Times admits what we’ve known for years: the Hunter Biden laptop story was true.
Big tech’s censorship of this story was a disgrace.

Can’t wait until WaPo and NYTimes report on what exactly is going on with Hunter’s “art” career now that Joe is POTUS.
There ought to be a special place in hell for so-called “objective journalists” who deliberately mislead the public in order to shape a narrative and are completely unrepentant about it.
Let’s hope that they get exactly what they deserve, and it would be pretty sweet if it happened in this life.
Let these hacks be exposed for what they are and never get a byline again.
Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.
Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.
This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
