Looks like Joe is taking a page out of Barry’s playbook by intimidating and spying on journalists that he doesn’t like.

Despite the sunshine and roses picture that the Regime Media have painted about the 8 long years that Barry was President, he wasn’t exactly a big fan of press freedom.

Barry likes the cheerleaders and despises anyone critical of him, his family, or his policies.

Joe appears to be exactly the same way.

And the alphabet agencies are willing to protect Democrat Regimes no matter what.

Project Veritas said that they recently learned that the DOJ had issued 9 secret subpoenas and warrants to Apple and Google between November 2020 and March 2021 requesting the payment information and browsing history of Project Vertias staff members. In addition, the DOJ compelled the tech giants to not disclose the orders to Project Veritas.

Project Veritas announced today that Apple and Google came forward and provided documents showing that President Biden’s Department of Justice issued nine secret subpoenas to them for multiple Project Veritas journalists’ private information.

The subpoenas and warrants even extended to the journalists’ security detail.

In addition to compelling Apple and Google not to disclose that the constitutionally-protected information of journalists was being surveilled by the highest levels of our government, the Department of Justice sought payment information, MAC addresses, browsing history and other personal information from multiple employees of Project Veritas.

The shocking revelation from Apple and Google comes on the heels of last month’s news.  Microsoft Corporation was similarly compelled by the Department of Justice which filed a series of secret warrants, orders, and a subpoena to surreptitiously collect privileged and constitutionally-protected communications and contacts of eight Project Veritas journalists.

The Epoch Times delved into the details a bit…

The court filings show the FBI was seeking “evidence of communications regarding or in furtherance of the subject offenses, such as communications regarding Ashley Biden … and/or Ashley Biden’s associated regarding her stolen property.”

The bureau also was working to find evidence showing “the location of Ashley Biden’s property.”

Similar subpoenas were approved by magistrate judges for Project Veritas email accounts managed on Microsoft servers. Judges also approved non-disclosure orders (NDOs), finding that not entering the orders would “seriously jeopardize the investigation.”

Project Veritas says its journalists and the journalists’ security details were the subjects of the subpoenas to Apple and Google…

…Attorney General Merrick Garland, a Joe Biden nominee who heads the DOJ, promised in 2021 that the department “will no longer use compulsory legal process for the purpose of obtaining information from or records of members of the news media acting within the scope of newsgathering activities.”

He also wrote at the time (pdf) that the prohibition “does not apply to obtaining information from or records of a member of the news media who is subject or target of an investigation when that status is not based on or within the scope of news gathering activities.”

Federal law protects journalists who receive stolen materials from prosecution.

In late 2020, two stories broke about Joe’s kids — the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell story that was reported by the New York Post and then censored by Regime Media and Social Media platforms that they’re now acknowledging is true now that Joe has secured the position of POTUS; and a story about Ashley Biden’s diary that didn’t get as much attention because it was reported by a lone conservative outlet called National File.

Originally, the diary that was found “abandoned in a room where Ashley Biden had been staying” was handed over to Project Veritas who refused to run the story despite the salacious details held in the diary because they couldn’t verify its authenticity, that the events actually occurred, or that the handwritten diary belonged to Joe and Jill’s daughter. Eventually, Veritas handed over the diary to law enforcement in order to return it to its rightful owner.

The National File article included some very juicy tidbits including Ashley Biden’s struggle with drugs, pondering the reason for her overactive sex drive, her suspicion that she had been molested, and — most shocking of all — an admission of showers with her father that were “probably not appropriate” when she was a child.

A year later, all hell broke loose.

In November 2021, the FBI raided the homes of Project Veritas journalists and former journalists at the behest of the Southern District of New York.

According to NBC News, Ashley Biden claims that her diary along with other personal items had been stolen. Naturally, the FBI launched an investigation into the missing diary as we all know would have happened if it had been Ivanka Trump’s diary, right? (Yeah, right!)

On a side note, Ashley Biden’s husband has been one of the many people in the family that has cashed in on Joe’s connections.

ClashDaily covered that here:

James O’Keefe of Project Veritas spoke about what the conservative news organization went through after that.

There has been much criticism that followed with questions about the FBI colluding with the New York Times, a former newspaper, to violate the rights of Project Veritas journalists.

It’s so bad that even the ACLU — no friend of conservatives these days — has blasted Biden’s DOJ for violating Veritas journalists’ rights.

The Associated Press reported the story this way:

The organization disclosed Wednesday what it said were notifications from Apple, dated last month, in which the tech company said it had received legal requests in late 2020 and early 2021 for “customer data.” The notification said the request allowed “delayed notice to the affected customer.” Project Veritas also revealed last month that the Justice Department had obtained secret court orders to seize emails of eight staffers.

>A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Manhattan, which is leading the investigation, declined to comment, as did a spokesperson for Apple.

Google spokesperson Jose Castaneda said in a statement, “In order to protect user privacy, we don’t comment on specific cases, but we’re firmly committed to protecting user data and we have a long history of pushing to notify people using our services about legal requests that relate to their data.”

Of course, they took the opportunity to slam them by refusing to call Project Veritas a media organization.

Project Veritas calls itself a media organization, though it relies on tactics — including sting operations — that are not regarded as conventional or widely accepted media practices.

Well, that seems catty.

You’d think that they’d be a bit more sympathetic since they had their hair on fire for four years terrified that they’d be censored by the guy that they basically called Orange Hilter. Of course, that never happened and they were free to call him a sexist, racist, who should be removed on 25th Amendment grounds.

But now that their doddering old fool who doesn’t know where he is half the time and can’t utter a coherent sentence is in power, well, to hell with “calling truth to power.”

This is a very big story and unfortunately, not enough people will know about it because just like Hunter’s laptop, it’s going to be buried until Biden is safely out of office and then they’ll lament the erosion of press freedom under Clueless Joe.

The Regime Media is absolutely disgusting.

It’s pretty clear that they hate conservatives and will allow corrupt people to stay in power as long as they’re on the “right side of history.”

Shameful.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
