Back To Basics: Restore The Constitution, Save The Republic

Enumerated Powers of the Federal Government: U.S. Constitution

The X Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States (feds) by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

DO YOU SEE ANYTHING listed above that empowers the federal creation of a Department of Education, an Environmental Protection Agency, a Department of Health & Human Services, a Dept. of Agriculture, a Dept. of Labor, a Dept. of Housing & Urban Development, a Dept. of Transportation, a Dept. of Energy, a Dept. of Homeland Security, a Dept. of Veterans Affairs, the Bureau of Land Management, Social Security, Medicare or the Dept. of the Interior? This does not include various commissions, corporations, and bureaus not enumerated in the original Constitution. For example, consider PBS, AMTRAK, the FDIC, NASA, and the EEOC.

With the establishment of Federal agencies and their ability to decree regulations without Congressional oversight, liberty diminishes, costs increase and efficiency decreases.

THERE ARE 2,000,000 federal employees.

President Joe Biden released a $6.011 trillion federal budget proposal in May 2021 for fiscal year 2022. The U.S. government estimates it will receive $4.174 trillion in revenue through Sept. 30, 2022, creating a $1.837 trillion deficit for Oct. 1, 2022.

We are $30.5 trillion in debt. Each citizen owes about $91,000. Soon, we will not be able to pay the interest on this debt.

The politicians who created this catastrophe will never agree to term limits on elected officials.

The politicians who ran up this insurmountable debt will never cut spending or pass a balanced budget amendment. The debt ceiling is a joke. A global financial Armageddon looms.

The politicians who created this money-eating monster called the federal bureaucracy will never abolish departments, agencies, and bureaus that are unconstitutional.

Therefore THE CITIZENS of THE UNITED STATES must have a CONVENTION OF STATES to amend the Constitution to save the Republic!
