This line reeks of desperation.

It’s pretty clear that Democrats are afraid of the trouncing that they’re going to take in the midterms, so they’re doing what they normally do — vilify the opposition as extremists and bigots.

In a presser on Wednesday, President Biden was asked a question about the leaked draft of the SCOTUS decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization that stated the majority opinion was that both Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey should be overturned and the decisions on abortion should be given to state legislatures that are accountable to the people.

“This is about a lot more than abortion,” replied Biden. His position is that striking down Roe would cause a domino effect of other completely unrelated rights being curtailed by the courts.

He then reminisced about the confirmation hearing of Robert Bork in 1987 about natural law — the principles of ultimate right and wrong that transcend individual nations and cultures and are true for all people at all times.

“This reminds me of the debate with Robert Bork. Bork believed the only reason you had any inherent rights was because the government gave them to you,” Biden recalled. “When I was questioning him as the chairman, I said, ‘I believe I have the rights that I have not just because the government gave them to me, which you believe, but because I’m just a child of God—I exist.’”

“So, the idea that somehow there is an inherent right, that there is no right of privacy, that there is no right,” Biden continued. “There’d been a law saying a married couple could not purchase birth control in the privacy of their own bedroom and use it. Well, that got struck down.”

Biden was referring to Griswold v. Connecticut, which he said “was thought to be a bad decision, by working on, my guess is, the guys on the Supreme Court.”

“Now, what happens if you have states changing the law, saying that that that children who are LGBT, who can’t be in classrooms with other children, is that is that legit under the way that the decision is written?” Biden asked.

“What are the next things that are going to be attacked?” He asked. “Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history—-in recent American history.”

Biden’s comments about “MAGA” come after he declared last month that the GOP “ain’t your father’s Republican Party,” saying it has shifted to a “MAGA party,” warning that right-leaning politicians “who know better” are “afraid to act correctly” out of fear of losing a primary election.

There’s just so much going on in this clip that it would take about a dozen articles to cover it all, so for now, we’re just going to ignore all of the absurdity that overturning Roe would trigger a mass repeal of Constitutionally-protected rights like Joe’s example of birth control or segregating gay kids in schools. That’s just fear-mongering by a President whose time in office has caused an exodus from the Democrat Party and he knows it. Fear of the “other” is the only thing he has left to run on.

Instead, let’s focus on what he’s saying about his opposition.

He said that the “MAGA crowd” is “the most extreme political organization in recent American history.”

Really Joe? THE most extreme political organization in recent American history?

I can think of a couple of rather violent movements that were fomenting riots in “mostly peaceful” protests that made U.S. cities look like Falluja circa 2004 throughout the summer of 2020.

But Biden should be able to remember at least one overtly political organization that wasn’t using civil rights as a front for Marxism (and grifting) or a dismissed as “just an idea” that somehow consistently foments violence against Trump supporters and law enforcement.

Did he forget that he gave a eulogy for not-dead-enough Senator Robert Byrd? The same Robert Byrd who was not just a recruiter for the Ku Klux Klan, but led a chapter that he started in West Virginia?

The KKK was an overtly political organization that was founded in order to push back against Republican Reconstruction-era policies that aimed for equality for black Americans.

And as late as the 1940s, it was still a political movement. Bill Clinton admits as much when he tried to dismiss what he called not-dead-enough Robert Byrd’s “fleeting association” with the KKK because Byrd was a “country boy from the hills and hollows from West Virginia. He was trying to get elected.” This would imply that the KKK still had political power.

But MAGA is far worse than the KKK in Joe Biden’s eyes.

Is it because MAGA…

  • is committed to America First
  • is a grassroots movement
  • has welcomed blue-collar workers who recognize that they’ve been abandoned by the Democrats who didn’t have their backs anyway
  • brought manufacturing back to America
  • cut red tape and regulations
  • reduced taxes for the middle classes
  • believes the U.S. should “speak softly and carry a big stick” rather than the neo-lib/neo-con strategy of interventionism and nation-building
  • wants secure borders and the immigration laws that are on the books enforced
  • pushes back on the Fake News narratives that are basically Democrat talking points

This list could go on.

And while Biden is saying this in relation to abortion, it’s the Democrats with their extreme abortion views that are out of the mainstream. Most voters, even the pro-choice ones, think that there should be some limits on abortion, but some prominent Democrats are now pushing abortion on demand for all 9 months of pregnancy. That’s sick!

Will Joe Biden be the guy to push that agenda forward just like he has been kowtowing to the far-left on their spending priorities?

The Democrat party has strayed from its roots and the GOP is cleaning up in its wake.

There has been a distinct shift in recent years thanks to the rampant indoctrination in colleges especially.

MAGA has attracted all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds while the Democrats are attracting the prissy, preening, cultural and political elites that don’t have connections to the common man but never stop lecturing them on why they’re wrong and then demand that the peons be silenced.

Democrats are no longer the cool kids and they’re just hoping to go back to that tired, old strategy of vilifying the opposition instead of having a substantive debate on the issues.

They never want to have a substantive debate on the issues because they know that they’d lose.

Polls show that the red-pilling of America is continuing despite the Regime Media pushing Democrat talking points. The Red Wave is coming.
