Remember way back during the Primaries when Joe claimed to have Defeated the Socialists — and people actually believed him?
Do you still believe him now?
Officially, he supports law enforcement and the upholding of the Constitution. But a look at his actual policies and appointees tells a different story.
The law on the books — which he is sworn to uphold unless and until it is changed with another law — is that any entry into America except through a lawful port of entry is a criminal act. But to Joe, Border Patrol is more like a hotel concierge, whose job it is to help a weary traveler find rest after a long journey.
The law on the books also expects that certain violations of the law by foreigners should trigger deportation. But for reasons best explained by Democrats themselves, Joe Biden is not interested in deporting people, even in the event of criminal activity despite unprecedented numbers of people streaming into America.
Now Biden has lost a court challenge preventing him from lifting Title 42 immigration restrictions. It’s a decision he plans on appealing while at the very same time that American veterans and cadets are being punished for refusing the COVID-19 shot.
A federal judge temporarily halted President Joe Biden’s plans to end the pandemic health policy Monday. The White House says it will appeal but is not seeking a stay, meaning Title 42 will remain in place for now.
“The administration disagrees with the court’s ruling, and the Department of Justice has announced that it will appeal this decision,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in a statement. “The authority to set public health policy nationally should rest with the Centers for Disease Control, not with a single district court.”
…Friday’s injunction came in response to a suit filed by the states of Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri, which claimed that the government had failed to plan for handling the anticipated surge in noncitizens expected to cross when Title 42, promulgated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, goes away and that the influx of releases would harm states. A total of 24 states are listed as plaintiffs.– WashingtonExaminer
