When they say we’re supposed to believe the science they really mean the wizards in Silicon Valley, not the guys in lab coats doing research.
Because we all know the information guardians at Twitter are far more authoritative on all questions of medicine than, say, professional medical researchers.
It’s becoming increasingly clear that those chanting ‘believe the science’ have only really been interested in political science.
Here’s another example of that.
More than 2 years since the pandemic threw the planet into chaos, you still need a hall pass from Twitter before you’re allowed to say anything that deviates from their approved narratives. Not even the CDC’s own peer-revered studies are exempt… which is weird considering that’s whose authority Twitter’s disinformation censors claim to be guided by.
When Surgeon General Vivek Murthy promoted findings from a non-peer-reviewed CDC study that found unvaccinated children at much higher risk of hospitalization than peers vaccinated against COVID-19, Twitter saw no reason to intervene.
The social media giant had the opposite reaction when other Twitter users shared a peer-reviewed CDC study that found Pfizer vaccine efficacy against symptomatic infection for ages 12-15 hits zero by four months and turns negative by seven months.
Twitter slapped the study, published last month in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), with an “unsafe link” warning signaling possible “violent or misleading content that could lead to real-world harm.” The platform took the action even though it apparently left alone a similar January JAMA study by CDC researchers. —JustTheNews
This is what the ‘unsafe’ warning looked like:
You can click through to the URL here and see the actual warning itself. Careful observers will note that the address is twitter’s site and names the article as well.
Does Twitter REALLY believe that the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), is a site too dangerous for readers to visit?
The study itself was no fly-by-night operation, either.
It had more than 100,000 participants:
A total of 121 952 tests from children and adolescents aged 5 to 15 years at 6897 sites across 49 states (all states except North Dakota), Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico, met inclusion criteria
The deeper question isn’t ‘why are they working so hard to shape the narrative’, so much as WHO is behind the counter-narrative have they been propping up, and what do they stand to gain from it?
Keep this in mind the next time these clowns go on a power trip, announcing which rights no longer apply to you.
Dear Christian: Your Fear Is Full of Crap
by Doug Giles
Beginning in March 2020, many Christians went into lockdown-freak-out mode.
They “socially distanced” themselves from corporate worship and from pretty much everyone and everything else, except, of course, liquor, and grocery stores.
Uncut, irrational, unbiblical, and not to mention, unconstitutional, fear gripped many churches and church leaders.
Should pastors publicly repent if they obeyed Fauci in regard to how they conducted their ministry instead of adhering to the clear commands of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords?
That’s a legit question, eh?
