Meanwhile, back in reality, Donald Trump is calling for ‘full transparency’ and ‘for the temperature to be turned down’ while Biden’s DOJ … doesn’t.
With an unprecedented raid (or break-in) based on a warrant so broad that Feds were able to march in and out of the President’s bedroom (and elsewhere) for an entire day, break into his safe, and scoop up any document they could find being granted against a former President … just in time to impact the results of another election … the public is owed answers for exactly what justified this action.
The FBI has a credibility issue. We have seen evidence of their open hostility to Trump and willingness to break the law to subvert his administration going back to the time before he was sworn in.
There is real question about the ‘why’ underlying a Federal police raid that has all the markings of revenge against a political enemy… including whether anyone bothered to consider the President’s 4th Amendment rights.
Reinhart, in a filing Monday morning, said he rejects “the Government’s argument that the present record justifies keeping the entire Affidavit under seal.”
Reinhart said he has given the Justice Department an “opportunity to propose redactions if I declined to seal the entire Affidavit,” something he granted last week, giving the government a deadline of Thursday, Aug. 25 at noon.
“Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that by the deadline, the Government shall file under seal a submission addressing possible redactions and providing any additional evidence or legal argument that the Government believes relevant to the pending Motions to Unseal,” the motion states. –FoxNews
With respect to the 4th Amendment, Trump’s lawyer was on Mark Levin’s show on Friday night and indicated that his legal team would be making a filing against Biden’s DOJ based on what they believe to be serious 4th Amendment violations.
