Does the media that destroyed a Veep for misspelling potato, and endlessly mocked the intellects of both Trump and Dubya have nothing to say about the current sockpuppet in chief?

Sure he makes a lot of gaffes, and he’s admitted as much. But it’s worse than that. When he goes off script, he’s an absolute train wreck.

Even with the teleprompter, he’s not much better. Here he is at a live event in the White House this morning, describing four priorities — count them: one, two, three, three — he laid out in State Of The Union that ‘we could all agree on’.

Joe’s actual words

As part of my agenda that I announced in the State Of The Union Address, I announced four things that all Americans could agree on.

One was beating the opiod epidemic.

Two was tackling the mental health crisis we face as a nation as a consequence of the pandemic.

Three was ending cancer as we know it, which we’re going to do come hell or high water again.

And three, supporting our Veterans.

Big issues that’s unite us. [sic]

We’re always being told that Democrats and Republicans can’t work together. When I ran, I said one of the reasons I was running, one of the three reasons [mumble] unite the country, and I was roundly criticized for being naive. That was the old days, Joe, you used to be able to do that. Well guess what? I don’t believe it.

Unsurprisingly, CSPAN covered for him, and cleaned the transcript to hide his counting gaffe:

Fun fact: anyone can trim a clip like the one we at ClashDaily just did, and caption it any way you like.

Here’s what sharing those clips can look like on social media:

Sure would be a shame if more conservatives used that knowledge to highlight and circulate stories the media actively buries, wouldn’t it?

The analysis

Joe gave us 4 pledges he would make, which he capped off with a ridiculous unity assertion.

Let’s go down that list.

1) Opioid Crisis.

Really, Joe? You’re going there? As a direct result of your open border policy, any gains on this front that we saw during the Trump administration have not just been lost, but lost BADLY. Large-scale cross-border fentanyl busts that of enough pills to kill upwards of tens of thousands of Americans are no longer big news.

2) Pandemic-related Mental health crisis

This is the same guy whose administration let Teacher’s Unions dictate CDC guidance on return to school, and mask mandate guidance.

Did that help or hurt kids affected by the prolonged lockdowns of states that followed federal guidance?

3) Ending Cancer as we know it.

Here’s the problem with that — the very bill Joe is demanding to see signed in this speech has provisions that will put cost controls on medications.

Predictions are that cost controls will result in fewer medical innovations, including new cancer treatments. We see a similar dynamic in places like Canada or UK where government-imposed cost controls have had the predictable result of fewer eligible medications and procedures than their Free-Market American counterparts.

The government simply will not pay the required price for certain life-saving interventions and med tech companies aren’t willing and or able to sell them at a price they are willing to pay.

4) Supporting our veterans
(Or should we call it ‘three’)

Joe Biden is far more interested in supplying and investing in UKRAINE’s military readiness than he is in spending on ours.

We could go down a list: vax mandates and the dishonorable discharge of elite soldiers and pilots, the firing of veterans critical of Afghanistan failures or of Communism, National Guard troops left to sleep in DC parking garages, left-wing indoctrination, drag queen shows on base and all the rest.

But a far more telling metric is the absolute failure of this Commander-in-Chief to meet basic recruiting goals.

This administration has built an enemies list of Republicans ranging from ‘terrorist parents’ to anyone who references to the Second Amendment or the ‘Come and take it’ flag in Texas, to the endless witchhunts against Trump loyalists.

Now the IRS (which admitted to sandbagging conservative groups critical of Obama in the 2012 election cycle) is about to hire another 87,000 agents. Do you really trust that they will NOT be used against Republicans the way the FBI is being used against Trump?

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
