Joe Biden, his allies, and his administration have been in a full-court press trying to demonize his political rivals over the events of January 6th.

The hostile words of his ‘Red Sermon’ in front of Independence Hall were a declaration of war against the party of his political rivals. MAGA Republicans (in other words, MOST Republicans) were the enemy of the State.

So much for his pledge to be a great uniter and President of ALL Americans. The divider-in-chief is picking up where Obama left off and using the tools of our government against his political rivals.

We used to have a word for that kind of government: ‘totalitarian’.

If Joe pretends to be defending America against insurrectionists…

Just days ago, a Grand Jury gave a broad warrant, whose Constitutional legality may be dubious, to possibly as many as 50 Trump supporters, and his Save America political PAC, which may well be the most well-funded political action committee affiliated with any of Biden’s current rivals for the Oval office.

This is hard on the heels of the infamous Mar-A-Lago raid, and the seizure of the phone of a sitting Congressman.

But when you tally up the list of allegations against team MAGA, ranging from electoral recounts and investigating election irregularities, to ‘mostly peaceful’ rallies that really WERE ‘mostly peaceful’… in which even the supposed ‘ringleader’ authorized as ten or twenty thousand National Guard units if only Bowser and Pelosi would accept them.

The fact that they refused them changed history… and we still don’t have decent answers for why that decision was made.

Not a single ‘insurrectionist’ carried a firearm. The police officers held up as ‘victims’ that day did not die at the hands of the crowd. Officer Sicknick’s autopsy showed no signs of internal or external trauma, and his death was ruled as being due to a stroke.

The only person killed that day was an unarmed protester. And many of the same Americans who defended armed criminals who had been shot by cops cheered the death of Ashli Babbitt.

Hundreds have been charged, and are languishing in prison for more than a year as they await their day in court. Many have taken plea deals just to finally get out of prison. Unconvicted American citizens are being subject to punishment — including solitary confinement.

…why did Biden just hire John Podesta…

Compared to what this guy did, even the ‘worst offenders’ in Team MAGA were the Jayvee squad so far as insurrections go.

Do you remember John Podesta? He’s the Hillary campaign manager whose emails wound up in the Wikileaks database because he fell for a (possibly Russian) phishing link. He is the guy we remember as delivering that 2 am message that Hillary wouldn’t give her concession speech until the next day. His brother was Manafort’s business partner in Ukraine, who somehow managed to get immunity that Manafort did not.

Podesta’s got a new gig in the Biden Administration.

Twitter users voiced outrage after the Biden White House announced Friday that former Clinton campaign manager and Obama counselor John Podesta will assume the role of senior adviser to the president for clean energy innovation and implementation.
…”We are fortunate that John Podesta will lead our continued innovation and implementation. His deep roots in climate and clean energy policy and experience at senior levels of government mean we can truly hit the ground running to take advantage of the massive clean energy opportunities in front of us,” President Biden said in a statement tacked onto the press release.
…Republican strategist CJ Pearson ripped Podesta as a “Clinton crony” in his own reaction, echoing the label from other conservatives across the platform.
Some pointed out the staggering $370 billion climate spending fund Podesta will oversee in his new role, including Becker News chief editor and CEO Kyle Becker, who tweeted articles on the former Clinton aide with the caption, “Meet John Podesta. He is a veteran political operative. He is now Biden’s climate adviser. He will manage a $370 billion climate slush fund. Meet John’s brother Tony Podesta. He was paid $500,000 by BLACKLISTED Chinese firm Huawei to lobby the Biden White House. Any questions?” –FoxNews (Sep 6, 2022)

Joule Unlimited, a secretive green energy company that appears to have placed a big bet hiring Democratic insider John Podesta to its board, appears to have been doomed when former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election.
When the 2016 presidential election ended, senior company executives admitted the prospects for their renewable energy “biofuels” company evaporated. “We had a lot of prospects last year,” former Joule CEO Brian Baynes told BioFuels Digest in a rare interview in July. “But those new investor prospects walked away, particularly post-election.”
Dmitry Akhanov, the president and CEO of Rusnano USA Inc., a Kremlin-owned venture capital firm nicknamed “Putin’s child,” oversaw the Russian government’s investment in Joule and sat on its board along with two other Russians with ties to the Kremlin. Akhavov agreed that Clinton’s loss doomed the company.
“We lined up investors who were willing to buy the bonds, but after the elections, with some statements from the new administration regarding potential uncertainty, the future support of biofuels was stopped,” he told The Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview. “The company was not able to do the deal and it was one of the reasons why the company was closed.” –DailyCaller (Oct 22, 2017)

…AFTER he brought America to the brink of civil war in those 2020 Election Wargames?

In summer of 2020, long before the vote was ever cast, we already had questions about rigged elections, and they weren’t coming from Trump supporters.

Four scenarios were played out in the war game. In one of those scenarios, Podesta — the man playing the role of Joe Biden in 2020 elections — narrow lost the election.

How did the campaign advisor of Hillary ‘Smooth Transition of Power’ Clinton respond to a narrow 2020 defeat (again, acting in the place of Joe Biden)?

He refused to concede and ripped the country apart.

Here’s no less a left-friendly authority than the New York Times (archived here) matter-of-factly detailing FAR worse behavior in August of 2020 than what people would be sitting in prison for today.

But conveniently, a group of former top government officials called the Transition Integrity Project actually gamed four possible scenarios, including one that doesn’t look that different from 2016: a big popular win for Mr. Biden, and a narrow electoral defeat, presumably reached after weeks of counting the votes in Pennsylvania. For their war game, they cast John Podesta, who was Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, in the role of Mr. Biden. They expected him, when the votes came in, to concede, just as Mrs. Clinton had.
But Mr. Podesta, playing Mr. Biden, shocked the organizers by saying he felt his party wouldn’t let him concede. Alleging voter suppression, he persuaded the governors of Wisconsin and Michigan to send pro-Biden electors to the Electoral College.
In that scenario, California, Oregon, and Washington then threatened to secede from the United States if Mr. Trump took office as planned. The House named Mr. Biden president; the Senate and White House stuck with Mr. Trump. At that point in the scenario, the nation stopped looking to the media for cues, and waited to see what the military would do. –NYTimes, Aug 02, 2020 Ben Smith (Emphasis added)

Of course, since the media sees this guy as ‘a friendly’, don’t look for the news to raise this issue at all. Podesta — in the role of Biden — did precisely what AG Garland has been investigating Trump for. Podesta/Biden alleged an illegitimate electoral process pressured Governors to send alternate slate of electors and used the Jan 6 mechanism to throw a hypothetical Trump victory into chaos bringing America to the brink of civil war.

It’s far worse than what happened in the REAL legislative Jan 6 scenario, because Republicans offered a 10-day process to resolve any contested validity of disputed elections which would wrap up before the next Constitutional deadline in the event of a contested Government. Unlike the routine attempts of Democrats to use this tool in the past, these resolutions actually had bicameral support.

Absent the violence erupted on the Capitol that day, we might have seen a 10-day inquiry that could allow the process to be examined AND satisfy the public about the will of the people in 2020, serenely handing the keys to the Oval Office over to whoever those results determined to have been the lawful winner.

In the event no clear winner could be determined even after all of that, there was still time to follow the Constitutional process proscribed for when nobody wins a clear majority of the Electoral College.

By the precedents set by none other than Merrick Garland’s DOJ, Podesta needs to have the full weight of the law crash down on his head for *checks notes* ‘inciting an insurrection’.

And if we are really serious about nipping this insurrection problem in the bud, the same should be done to the guy who so recklessly hired him.

Oops. Turns out, that guy is none other than Joe Biden.

Well, this is awkward.
