If there’s one message that Democrats are desperate to set up before these midterm elections it is that Dems are the good guys protecting everyone else from the big bad bigots on the right.

They are working overtime to find these white supremacist bigots on the right to protect them from. FBI whistleblowers have shown just how hard they are working to do so:

Current and former FBI agents tell The Washington Times that the perceived threat has become overblown under the administration. They say bureau analysts and top officials are pressuring FBI agents to create domestic terrorist cases and tag people as White supremacists to meet internal metrics.
“The demand for White supremacy” coming from FBI headquarters “vastly outstrips the supply of White supremacy,” said one agent, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “We have more people assigned to investigate White supremacists than we can actually find.”

But who will protect the public from … Democrats?

In a classic Joe Biden blunder, an anti-bigotry event was planned in the White House that left him being accused of being … a bigot.

Remember that recent ‘United We Stand’ event? It was supposed to be about antisemitism. Orthodox Jewish leaders and journalists are now claiming to have been singled out by his administration for exclusion.

The claim is, in Biden’s White House, not all Jews are equally welcome.

The New York Post reported that Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce CEO Duvi Honig attempted to RSVP to the White House’s September 15 “United We Stand” summit against hate crimes, at which President Joe Biden condemned hate crimes against Jews. Honig reportedly contacted three Biden staffers and even had endorsement from New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy’s office to be honored as a Uniter — an award bestowed to 16 people at the event. Honig said he never heard back. His theory, as reported by the Post, is that the Biden administration is punishing Orthodox Jews for their overwhelming support for former President Donald Trump. He likened the exclusion to hosting a wedding and excluding the bride and groom.
“The White House used hate. They used us, our blood — they used our DNA of Jews being persecuted and attacked daily as an excuse to make an event and didn’t include Orthodox Jews, who were the number one [target of] hate and antisemitism,” Honig told the Post.
The Summit, organized by President Biden’s administration, is intended to “counter the corrosive effects of hate-fueled violence on our democracy and public safety,” according to the White House.
In addition to Honig, a group of four Orthodox Jewish journalists from Ami magazine, which caters to the Orthodox Jewish community, were denied entry to indoors the summit due to “spacing constraints.” They were reportedly offered a spot from the driveway to cover the event, rather than inside with Biden. Reportedly, 50 journalists applied to cover the summit and 20 received spots.

While we’re on the topic, kudos to an elected Democrat from the Bronx who actually stood up and stated the obvious in a letter addressed to the DOJ:

New York Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.) sent a letter on Friday to the U.S. Department of Justice asking it to investigate what he called New York City’s failure to prosecute anti-Semitic hate crimes.
“I am respectfully asking the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department to consider investigating New York’s systematic failure to police and prosecute hate crimes and to issue recommendations for reform,” Torres wrote to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland.
“The federal government can no longer stand by passively as anti-Semitic violence goes unchecked and unpunished in America’s largest city,” the congressman continued.
In his letter, the Bronx native addressed the rising number of anti-Semitic hate crimes in New York City, saying, “Just as alarming as the violence itself has been the government’s deafening inaction.”
The letter referenced a report highlighting that 118 adults have been arrested for anti-Semitic hate crimes in New York City since 2018, but only one perpetrator has been convicted and imprisoned.

If federal Dems are going make a big show about opposing antisemitism, maybe they should back it up with some action?

Maybe instead of ginning up bogus numbers of white supremacist hate crimes so that Dems can use fear to motivate minorities NOT to vote for the other guy, you can turn your attention to actual crimes being committed by real people against real victims.

You might even discover that the big spike in hate crimes targeting Jewish or Asian victims in NYC is being perpetrated by someone other than the people your rhetoric has been blaming.

How are you going to look victims in the eye and tell them you only care about their injuries if someone fitting a certain profile was responsible for the harm? When did racial profiling become a good thing so long as it targets white republicans?

Unlike everything else you call a ‘threat’ to ‘democracy’, this selective law enforcement is a genuine threat to a constitutional republic. It’s an inversion of justice: punishing the innocent and rewarding the guilty.

It’s the kind of bent thinking that will prosecute a broken window for Planned Parenthood while paying scant attention to a group calling for the firebombing of crisis pregnancy clinics.

Oh, wait… you did that too.

Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.

Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.

This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
