The Democrats aren’t playing around. They’re angling to move us to a one-party state, with the help of a complicit media and weaponized federal law enforcement.
Remember that story we ran not so long ago about an influencer who was offered money to run some anti-Trump propaganda with very specific language?
This conversation between White House advisor Keisha Bottoms and MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart didn’t just echo that same language, it shone a deliberate and explicit spotlight on it.
They are trying to turn MAGA Republicans into a scary term by invoking grave threats to the nation… without any hint of irony at their own extremist authoritarian tendencies.
When Joe raged at MAGA Republians, that wasn’t just a rant, that was a policy pivot.
Here’s the MSNBC clip where Bottoms gives the game away:
"When you have a MAGA Republican agenda that has no respect for the Constitution, that has no respect for free & fair elections, then it is important for all of us, not just the president … to call it out … It is a danger to our democracy, it is a danger to our way of life."

If you have trouble playing it, here’s a summary of the important parts.
In an interview with MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart on “The Sunday Show,” Bottoms claimed that Democrats, Republicans, and independents should all be concerned about this threat.
“There is a MAGA Republican agenda that gives no consideration to the rule of law, that has no respect for a woman’s right to choose, that wants to defund the FBI,” she said. “There is a MAGA Republican agenda that thought that it was okay to attack our nation’s Capitol on January 6.”
…Capehart observed that Biden’s administration has taken “a tough line … against Republicans writ large,” and asked Bottoms if they would “keep hammering away at that phrase” heading toward November’s election.
“Well, I think it will be important for all of us who care about the United States of America to call out what we see,” said Bottoms, the former mayor of Atlanta. “And what we see, again, with this MAGA Republican agenda is an effort to disrupt our democracy. So whether it be through November and beyond November, I think it will always be important to call out any effort there is to destroy, essentially destroy the United States of America.”
Bottoms went on to say that “President Biden has been very clear” about wanting “to work in a bipartisan effort” but blamed Trump supporters for standing in the way, claiming that they have an “agenda that no respect for the Constitution” or “for free and fair elections.” — FoxNews
Democrats are desperate to salvage their midterm elections, not by presenting their legislative accomplishments — of which there are few, if any — but by whipping up frightening stories about the ‘dangers’ the other team poses as an existential threat to the nation.
We’re not supposed to notice that this exact tactic has been used by a parade of dictatorships thorugh history to secure unopposed one-party rule and destroy any political opposition.
Any student of history will tell you that what follows after that step is universally ugly and usally bloody.
Ballots are the safety-release valve that providing what amounts to a regularly-scheduled political revolution that keeps countries stable so they don’t need bullets to deal with tyrants. But once you start making plays toward becoming a one-party state, you endanger the stability of that entire system.
Trump is not a threat to democracy.
What does a real threat to democracy look like? It looks like SWAT Teams showing up with guns drawn, surrounding the home of a family with seven frightened children over an issue of *shoving* another person that has already been thrown out of court.
If that weren’t bad enough, the wife tells us they weren’t going to bother with showing them a warrant before hauling the dad away until she accused them of kidnapping her husband.
Psalms of War: Prayers That Literally Kick Ass is a collection, from the book of Psalms, regarding how David rolled in prayer. I bet you haven’t heard these read, prayed, or sung in church against our formidable enemies — and therein lies the Church’s problem. We’re not using the spiritual weapons God gave us to waylay the powers of darkness. It might be time to dust them off and offer ‘em up if you’re truly concerned about the state of Christ’s Church and of our nation.
Also included in this book, Psalms of War, are reproductions of the author’s original art from his Biblical Badass Series of oil paintings.
This is a great gift for the prayer warriors. Real. Raw. Relevant.
