We’ve all known those Christians who hit a spiritual growth spurt and go from lightweight from powerhouse almost overnight. They wake up one day and start taking what they believe seriously.
At the other end of the spectrum are people who claim to have been Christians all their lives, but are about as deep as the puddle a nervous puppy leaves on a tile floor after a thunderstorm.
Maybe you’ve heard it explained away that they’re just ‘carnal Christians’.
Is that a legit excuse, or a sign of a deeper problem?
