Men who identify as women are winning women’s competitions and they don’t even have to try to compete.

Leftists are quick to celebrate every new “glass ceiling” shattered by a male who identifies as a woman as a win for women everywhere because they insist that there’s no difference whatsoever between those individuals and actual women.

We have seen this with sports competitions when men who identify as women leave the competition in the dust, and with the Biden administration’s Assistant Secretary for Health, Dr. Richard Rachel Levine, who is allegedly the “first woman” to become a 4-star Admiral in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps.

Strangely, even though the left chants the mantra “trans women are women”, those same leftists will celebrate the first “trans woman” to win a competition that is specifically meant for women like “Woman of the Year” or beauty contests.

That’s what happened on November 8 when Brían Nguyen, 19, was awarded the crown in the Miss Greater Derry pageant, a locally-run competition in New Hampshire that is under the banner of the national Miss America pageants.

It appears that being a man wasn’t an obstacle for Nguyen in the competition… neither was obesity.

Here is the moment he was crowned.

Nguyen, who is male, is a freshman at Nashua Community College majoring in Business Management. After his win, Nguyen wrote on Facebook:
“I am ecstatic to be the FIRST transgender woman to be a Miss America local titleholder, and I hope to make everyone proud and become the first to walk the Miss America stage. I am Brían Nguyen, your Miss Greater Derry 2023.”

Let’s face it — Brian won because he’s a dude.

No woman looking like that would have been allowed to compete let alone win the Miss Greater Derry crown.

As part of his prize, Nguyen was awarded a $6000 scholarship.

According to their website, the Miss Greater Derry Scholarship Program was founded in 1986 to “provide scholarships to young women between the ages of 17 and 24 living in the Greater Derry area recognizing their outstanding achievements in scholastic aptitude, talent, character, community service and poise.”

So. Much. Poise.

The 19-year-old posted about his win on Instagram.

Brian says that he will now compete statewide and has posted on social media that he plans to compete in the Miss Universe competition.

Brian celebrated his local Miss America win with a supersized Big Mac meal from McDonld’s which he scarfed down while livestreaming about his victory.

The response on social media was mixed. On Facebook, Nguyen was described as “iconic and history maker” while some took to Twitter to point out that the biological male had taken away a scholarship from a young woman.
Others pointed out the obvious double standard that if an obese woman tried to enter a beauty pageant, she wouldn’t even make it past the first stage.
From photographs shared on social media, it would appear that the assessment of physical fitness in the swimsuit competition is still on the agenda, but the term physical fitness seems to have been redefined along with the word woman.

Photos and video of the Miss Greater Derry swimsuit competition didn’t hit social media which means a) there wasn’t one; b) no one wanted to be the one to post it; or c) even the cameras refused to capture that mess for posterity.

Thank God for small mercies.

But we have to face facts… we are all living in a South Park episode now.

Perhaps normalizing the delusion that men can be women to not hurt the feelings of some clearly confused people that — for whatever reason — can’t face biological reality in order to indulge them in a neo-Gnostic idea that being a woman is a “feeling” and not something concrete is bad for those individuals, actual women, and society as a whole.

Being a woman isn’t just a bunch of gender stereotypes that can be put on and taken off, adopted or rejected — it’s a state of being both biologically and experientally. No hormones, surgery, or wishing it into being can make a man a woman.

This is womanface and it’s no less insulting than blackface.

Men identifying as women taking women’s prizes and positions in sex-segregated spaces are supposed to be celebrated and those men don’t even have to try to be competitive.

Women are called “transphobes” if they don’t cheer on these parodies of women competing to be “better” examples of womanhood than biological women.

I never really believed that “the patriarchy” was a thing that was keeping women down in the Year of Our Lord Twenty-Twenty-Two, but if this push to have men win women’s competitions and be the first “trans woman” to succeed really looks like an attempt to denigrate women.

Welcome to the new patriarchy — it wears dresses, heels, and a crapton of makeup to hide the 5 o’clock shadow.
