It’s common knowledge that Hank Johnson will never be finding a MENSA membership in his mailbox. But did his reaction to the Biden docs story take us to new levels of loopy?
As low as our expectations are for the braniacs in Congress, Hank set the bar really high (or low?) for his staggering display of stupidity.
The list of indefensibly stupid statements made in the halls of Congress — even among those currently serving — is legendary, but surely this is among the most breathtakingly stupid statements made yet.
Here he is concerned that the presence of the US military might be too big for the island, causing it to ‘tip over and capsize’.

Capsize? That’s, um, that’s NOT how islands work, Hank.
He broke out another big brain take on the Biden documents situation. The same guy who rushed to judgment in voting to impeach Trump went full tin hat conspiracy in his defense of the other team.
Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) says he is "suspicious" of the classified docs that were found at Biden's home and office
He suggests they might have been "planted" there to take Biden down

Here’s exclusive footage of the movie playing in Hank’s imagination as he suggests his theory.
