AOC Calls Hunter Biden Laptop Story ‘Disinformation’, Says Hearing On Twitter Suppression Is A ‘Waste Of Time’ (VIDEO)
The House Oversight and Accountability Committee held a hearing on Wednesday to question former Twitter executives on the suppression of the New York Post’s bombshell article on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop that was abandoned at a repair shop in Delaware.
Among those testifying were former FBI lawyer turned Twitter Deputy General Counsel, Jim Baker, former head of Legal, Policy, and Trust, Vijaya Gadde, and former head of Trust and Safety, Yoel Roth.
[CLICK TO BROWSE COLLECTION]Also appearing before the committee was the Democrat witness, Anika Collier Navaroli, an attorney who was a member of Twitter’s U.S. Safety Policy Team. Navaroli says that she wasn’t involved in the decision behind the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story — which was the entire purpose of the hearing — but she did bring up the JaNuArY 6th iNsUrReCtIoN™.
Democrats just cannot step back from Trump or Jan. 6, can they?
Of course, several Dems beclowned themselves, but no one more theatrically than AOC herself.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) thinks that the entire hearing is a waste of lawmakers’ time because the laptop story was just a “Republican disinformation campaign” and the GOP is being disingenuous by making a big deal about it and wasting the Committee’s time.
AOC accused Republicans of “weaponizing a committee” in support of “political operatives who sought to inject explosive disinformation with the Washington Post.” AOC doesn’t mention that WaPo also confirmed that the laptop is real and did belong to Hunter Biden.
“A whole hearing about a 24-hour hiccup in a right-wing political operation that is why we are here right now,” said AOC indignantly.

Oh, she’s suddenly worried about the weaponizing of government committees against political opponents?
Just wait until she hears about this thing called the January 6 Committee.
As for “political stunts” — that isn’t what this is. Polls have shown that a number of Democrats wouldn’t have voted for Biden if they had known about the contents of Hunter’s laptop.

Don’t forget that this is the same woman that has built her career on political stunts — from the first moments in Congress joining in with climate activists protesting then-Speaker Pelosi’s office, refusing to pay her dues to the DNC, and creating a blacklist of targets in her own party to primary for daring to disagree with her and her far-left “Squad” buddies.
She also stood in an empty parking lot fake-crying about economic migrants for a photo-op, she held her hands behind her back as though she was being arrested protesting in front of the Supreme Court after the leak of the Dobbs decision, and of course, there was the infamous million-dollar Met Gala “Tax the Rich” ballgown that garnered fawning media coverage from the Partisan Presstitutes.
And where do I even start on how she uses her social media platforms to clap back at critics?
This is a woman that thrives on controversy and political stunts.
Of course, after ranting about how ridiculous the hearing was, she questioned Navaroli, the Democrat witness to talk about… Trump’s tweets and how mean he was to her.
She then turned to Yoel Roth and asked about the Twitter account Libs of Tik Tok for posting a video made and shared on YouTube by the Boston Children’s Hospital about transgender surgeries for minors.
AOC then goes off on a rant about how the right is constantly inciting violence.

Remind me, was it the right that trashed D.C. on January 20, 2017?
How about the “summer of love” in Portland — and pretty much every other major city — in 2020?
And the violent mobs outside White House events during the Trump years? Those were all right-wingers, were they?
What about the threats against Supreme Court Justices and attacks on churches and crisis pregnancy centers just this past spring and summer?
Oh, those are just inconvenient facts, right?
Speaking of… the claim that Boston Children’s Hospital was conducting these surgeries on minors is true. They’ve since backpedaled and tried to do damage control.
