Man Gets Community Service After Shooting 84-Year-Old Pro-Life Advocate With A .22-Caliber Rifle
He told her to leave his property, but the 84-year-old apparently didn’t do it fast enough.

But a verdict has now been handed down to the 75yo nut who put a bullet in an old woman’s back.

Richard Harvey, 75, was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Judge Suzanne Hoseth Kreeger also gave him a suspended jail sentence of two months and a delayed sentence of one year on probation.
Harvey pleaded no contest last month to felonious assault, careless discharge of a firearm causing injury and reckless discharge of a firearm.
Kreeger also must pay $347.19 in restitution and cannot have any contact with the woman he shot, 84-year-old Joan Jacobson.

Some hothead blows a hole in the back of an unarmed old woman and he gets ‘community service’?
Clearly the left’s hatred for the pro-life position is far higher up the food chain than their supposed outrage against ‘gun violence’.
An honest gun owner doesn’t point his or her gun at anyone who is not a threat. This man embodies everything the left pretends to hate about ‘out of control’ gun owners.
But when the gunman agrees with them politically, and he’s shooting at an elderly pro-life woman…? As if by magic, their outrage is somehow mollified.
Community service it is. He’ll probably arrange to work it at Planned Parenthood, too.
